Michaels is a store for crafts and party supplies, offering a wide assortment of materials. The Fort Worth location is usually very nice, always clean, and organized. Many find the employees helpful. However, some experiences at this particular location were a bit miserable, with limited staff available for questions. Customers sometimes find items out of stock with no known restock date, and the selection for seasonal items can be quite limited. Some also find the prices a tad expensive. A common complaint is the reliance on self-checkouts, which removes the pleasant register conversations. Despite this, it remains a place to visit and unleash your creativity.

This is a super big Michael’s with lots of products available! It was organized and clean. However, the gym next door plays their music so loud that the constant pulsing bass is enough to give you a migraine. I know that’s not Michael’s fault, but it makes the shopping experience unpleasant.
