Excellent service! I had to go because I was having issues with my phone. The store manager Dayana was the one helped me. She did a good job explaining me what the issue with my phone was and she was able to fix it. She also explained the promotions that they currently are having.

Honestly the worst metro I’ve ever been to! After I had gotten another phone that they advertised that they had in stock but unfortunately did not, I asked the lady that assisted in the process of me getting the phone and she assured me that after 3 months, I would be be able unlock my phone and I could return back to my previous service provider having met the terms and conditions of getting the “new” phone with metro. A few days ago, after meeting the months as required, I contacted metro’s customer service and I actually found out that it was 6 months as opposed what was initially proposed! Utterly livid and baffled at the fact that you would lie to a paying customer just to get a sell. Don’t EVER get anything from the place! They’re liars only in for what they can get you to spend.

Awesome customer service ?I went in with a $200 limit I had to spend. I'm broke and wasn't looking for anything special, literally just a phone with line service and the employee and his manager hooked us up!!! Also gave me a pink light up Halloween bucket ? I love pink! ?Definitely recommend this business! I'll be going back in the next few weeks?

I just left from the store for the second time because the first time I wasn't sure that I had my information correct the second time I went in I figured out what my information that I needed but yet still got my problem unresolved because of the fact that MetroPCS doesn't honor anything that they put in writing and the lady that was there today was a little bit of a female dog if I had to put it away to where it's not going to be a cussing word she was very smart alec in her ways and I was just trying to let her know that every time that I've replaced my phone I've never had to pay for the activation over the phone and if I did it was only like $10 and the lady over the phone told her to help me out because she could not do it because her system was down so I got charged $26.96 for no reason and didn't even know it until the next day when my phone was turned off because of a service charge that I wasn't or probably notified to actually have paid because I just replaced my phone through insurance that Metro provides when you pay for it very bad Services I am not coming back to that store I'll probably am not going to keep my service and I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and on top of that the lady said she's got another number that I could get in contact with them but yet that number says the exact same thing as the other number that I had on my phone or 611

I took my mom to T-Mobile to get her a phone to connect with her new hearing aid Hispanic girl behind the counter made it very clear that they had no phones then tried to tell me that T-Mobile didn't carry any of the phones that were on the list no matter where I went just because they didn't have it she cannot speak for the whole Dallas Metroplex I will never go here again my mom is 84 years old did not appreciate those comments bad service don't ever go here Meadowbrook Drive
