This store is a scam. They added a line to my account without my consent. If it wasn't because I went to another store and asked why my bill was high just to find out they added a phone I don't have in my account. The other store I went helped me so I wouldn't switch over. Steer away from this location before they scam you too. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I gave three stars ? due to rude conversation on the phone Metro itself I like the company the lady I talk to on the phone need to know how to speak to potential customers had she been little more friendly id sign up that day

I loved my experience today the two employees (women)at store location #4712 did their part and some with assisting me even when it got busy they handled everything timely and in a professional manner it was greatly appreciated!!
