I don’t remember the employees name but my husband and I came into this store on 1/10/25 to replace my husband phone that broke. This employee went way beyond the normal customer service. There was a problem with the switching of his phone number but in the end she went way beyond what she had to do to make sure everything was resolved and worked out! I will find out tomorrow her name bc she did an awesome job!

Went into store to get the free pickle ball racket. I called first and they said they had some. When I got there I asked and showed the girl there my redeem screen on my phone, I was waiting 10 min just for it when she could of just handed it to me. I left and came back and she was gone I asked the guy there and he had an attitude like if I was asking him for something out of his pocket for free.I have never had to argue about something that is free, if they dnt want to give things away they shouldn't. I usually go to store on camp bowie and they are so nice there never any questions this guy asked me for my phone number just to verify that I had an account to give me something for free REALLY. THEY need to get rid of this guy idk if he's the owner or what but he needs better customer attitude. I will never come here again.

Terrible customer service, one will want to make your payment before it is due and the people there just because they don't know how to navigate the system don't want to help you make the payment. Very bad customer service ???

I broke my phone and needed a cheap one They will lie about not having the cheaper phones. They will not sale you the a cheap phone unless you buy a. Screen protector and phone case.When I’m reality they sale you a cheap phone and trick you into buy the case and screen protector so they can make a commission.
Horrible practice these employees do.

I rate this place 5 stars only based on customer service as the street is a busy street once inside the customer service covers all else. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. The lady explained everything to me detail by detail seeing as I had many questions she kept a smile on her face. Her name was Ariana, I’d give her a 10 if I could for courtesy, patience, and professionalism. We need more ppl like her around.
