5910 Azle ave. Suite 600, On the norm I really like metro. However I took my elderly mother there, she was told if she purchased a $250.00 phone and didn't like it she could bring it back. Within 24 hours. We took it back to the same store and was told she could only get $99.00 of the $250.00. that is not what we were told. Update:: after days of going from one place to another. Finally manager TK took the time and refunded her money. Thanks to Alyssa the DM of that store.

THIS STORE HAS TURNED OUT TO BE PROOF OF THE VERY REASON THAT METRO BY T-MOBILE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS TO KEEP THEIR CORPORATE STORES..... LIKE THIS ONE!!!!!KUDOS ?? TO THE AWESOME LADY THAT HELPED ME & MY WIFE ?? ?️???????Also, a biiigggg BOOOOO to the OTHER WOMAN ♀️ who works there that was INCREDIBLY rude, and had been B4!!! She was young and had glasses ?In fairness the one who DID help us made it ALLLLLLL worthwhile!! Saved us money ?? ON our monthly bill ( from $226 down ?? to $184 ) and made sure I ONLY an going to pay the $20 for my phone ? deductible!!!Will update with her name ? soon ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨✨✨✨✨??️

I want to say this young lady that was working today at this location name: Maria De Jesus Sigala was so very helpful to us she helped with everything we needed and answered all our questions very respectful and patient she was so kind she made our day literally she turned our entire mood around with the helpful help she gave us today we purchased a tablet and just when I was ready to leave metro package she is the ONLY reason why I would stay someone who shows concerns and understanding made me feel like this company really cares for their customers she’s great and I will come again and stay long term with metro pcs I highly recommend everyone to switch to metro and come to this location ask for Maria De Jesus Sigala thanks girly -Shay

Didn't ask if I wanted the case, screen protector they just put it on and was charged for items I didn't ask for.Ask a customer first will not buy anything else from this store ever.

Azle Ave Store and Ms Kasandra were awesome! She had the phone, the plan and even got me a case and screen protector for the same price that the store in Azle, Tx wanted just for the phone!! Plus, after going to Azle store, was told after all the discussion, they were out of the phone. I'm glad I found her! She activated my phone, put on screen protector and put in case for me! So helpful!!

Service lady didn't have any concerns about the item I needed help with like she didn't care. Faulty merchandise and I won't be going there again.
