Miss Brenda was so helpful. The first time I had someone who was patient and knowledgeable. She helped my husband so much. Many thanks. Store was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I can’t remember the other lady’s name but she was helping me and my hubby too. They both deserve accolades for a job well done.

I went in there about 20 minutes before they close to get a new phone because the one I had went kaput on me.The lady working there, (her name was Brenda) was very helpful. She got me a new phone for a very good price and even stayed over almost an hour to get it all set up. I don't know how much Brenda gets paid, but whatever it is, she deserves a hefty raise.

The man and woman working here are outstanding such a good experience and fast service .I needed to switch phones was told immediately price and everything was handled well definitely will never go to any other store but here !

Be careful in this place the people here don't do things legally and make changes without consent they take advantage of language barriers and elders.They LIE about receipt machine not working this is how they steal and don't take responsibility of anythingThis place needs to be shut down. Or ran by honest people not thieves!!

I tried to switch my phone online into an old phone I previously had because my phone was destroyed.The online rep was unable to assist me. So I went to a nearby store. Rosa was very helpful during my trip to the store. She took her time and helped me gain access into my account to purchase a new phone. Very grateful people like her still exist. Thanks Rosa for your assistance.

I give store manager Rosa a 10. She went above and beyond dealing with my moms issue about the phone she bought from Frank on may 7th. Frank was a terrible associate. H rushed thru to sell the phone. Yelling at customer service rep on the phone to get a pin and such. He ignored our questions about returns and other services we needed to know. All he said was "lets sell the phone first" so today my mom went in and spoke to Rosa the store manager. She was amazing and has the best customer service. Very polite and understanding. She even helped my mom to navigate how the phone works and they spoke. I give Frank a 0 and Rosa a 10.

Terrible customer service! I had a problem with a phone and the manager was very unprofessional, she rolled her eyes and said she couldn't help me and turned away.

The young lady who sold me my iPhone on Friday the 26th around 7:30 was by far THE MOST HELPFUL sales person I have ever met. I don’t quite remember her name, but she was very polite, and very knowledgeable about the plans and my new phone. Both staff members were wearing a mask and social distancing, and I appreciate that awareness along with having sanitizer readily available! The gentleman who assisted the young lady was quick to assist in showing me cases while she was on the phone with my previous carrier! All in all I’m super happy with my phone and accessories, the customer service in store was excellent from both helpers, and I’m saving money! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
