i was in store on july 1st wanted an upgrade from samsung a21 that became defective ...wanted another samsung given a revvl v that am unable to use returned to store told i would have to keep revvl v ....went to at&t got samsung a53 5g which is phone i intentionally wanted and cancelled metro now i want my $78.00 i paid for activation returned

Every time that I need a phone I go to this location, Baba is always helpful, knowledgeable and polite, today I got a problem with my phone, I went and he was very helpful. Thank you.

At this store its gangster they talk down to you like your not suppose to be there and try calling they hang up on you like your wanting something from them when your a paying customer i would not recommend this to no one run.

I came in to pay my bill and get my daughter a new phone. Mr. BABA, helped me with all my needs. Plus he help me out to save a lot of money plus I got 3 more new phone. He has great customer service. Thank you Mr. BABA.

Came to MetroPCS on Crowley Road the tall Indian man was very nice and had great customer service he Convince me to buyThree new phones was very happy with it... recommend getting phones from this store..

I had a very bad experience.They really don’t even know what there selling you.They will tell you anything just to make a sale. I asked about a particular phone for my mom whose 78 and and wanted a simple flip phone with speed dial.Once I purchased it.The girl said.It doesn’t have speed dial even though I had already asked her 3 times before.Beware of there scams.Ill never go again.
