I just needed my account number they had me going back and fort with customer service , customer service said the representative was going to help me then customer service on the phone hung up, rep said there’s was no way we could get it! Neither tried to help me this is a store with a 2 star review and why is corporate not doing anything about their employees

Let me just start by saying I don't see how these people are still open they have the worst customer service of any location ever that I've been to tonight I went there 40 minutes before they closed and the doors are locked I work late at night so I only have a small window of when I can go up there so I get there and I go to open the door it's locked the lady at the register did her hand across her throat to tell me they're closed and I threw my hands up like why are you closed you don't close for 45 minutes and she started laughing at me along with the other employees there all I needed was to switch to my new phone unbelievable this location should be shut down I'm actually thinking of getting different service now

I wish I could give zero stars. The girls in here are rude as hell. I hate to call anyone this but they were straight bitches. I left and went to another location and got much better service and attitude. If it wasn't for the service at other location I would of changed providers.

Worst costumer service , don't know how to sell don't know how to talk to costumers . Went in today and they refused to call 611 to help join mine and my husband's account . And when I asked why she said we just don't do that .. and then she walked away ! Asked for ASRs name , because I will be contacting him , and telling him all the messed up things these workers do .
