7/1/24 Bad charging for free phone tables bad customer service and will not try to help quick to tell you it’s certain things that they cannot do. I know they can do on 7/1/24 came in to make a payment on a family member phone and was told I could not pay it with out a code and i told him it was off and no working .I know that’s not true. So I went to another store and got it paid with no problem. Every time I come in this store it’s a problem and I’m going back and fore with the rep this store needs to be shut down. Manger needs to train staff better.

My experience was amazing at this location. The customer service was great. The representative took him time and help me fix the issue with my phone. I highly recommend this location

Owner is abusing and pocketing the Metro PCS instant rebate. They are selling "free" phones for $200 Plus. The Device should be free with the purchase of service and $25 activation fee.The location and owner is dishonest and became disrespectful when challenged.

Love this storeThe store is under new management and the girl there is very helpfull love i came in with a problem before coming to this store I went to 2 other once and they couldn't help me stop by this store and the girl was friendly and very helpfull I would rate it 10 out of 10
