Never ever again. I came in to buy a phone and Amas couldn't figure out the smart pay so I did it on my busted phone. Then he was still having trouble so he asked me to sit down while I was waiting he took another customer just stopped working on my issue and the manager and other guys working just laughed. He also spent 30 minutes trying to convince me to buy another phone and change my number. I explained I am a tax preparer and cannot change my number. I asked if it was too much to do I could just leave he said no let me finish with my customer and I'll take care of you!?!?!?! Are you serious worst customer service I've ever had at Metro and let's be honest it's NEVER BEEN GREAT!!!

NOT A GOOD DEAL AT ALL.This store is not where you want to be,Just a very uncomfortable feeling in this store. So many men working a cell phone store? They out number the customers 10 to 1.I bought two new phones. One has never worked out of the box and they have no solution, in store or tech support. .ON the phone for 3 hours, they finally hung up on me. No solution.Bought my new phone and suddenly my entire account is new. They dumped all my old info from my ACCOUNT COMPLETELY. It's like I'm a brand new client. I've used Metro for 15 years.The phone will not text. Voice mail says my number is invalid. And no one has a solution one month later.Fast food employees operating a major company.What happened Metro by T-MOBILE?I'm very embarressed for you.This is exactly how you bring down a once viable company.I'm switching to a company that speaks English and has solutions. I didn't pay with half the money, I expect more than half the service.

Be prepared to say NO a lot, they are pushing the sale of tablets and internet. The new phone that I just got 2 months ago was not working properly, the rep did an internal reset for me and went straight into trying push that tablet and internet.

The owner there jumped in and was more than happy to help me get my bill paid and very progressive on getting me to upgrade to some promotions offered at the moment. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and staff was attentive to my every need.

An employee that lives on Quinn Street 76105 named Americana Santiago accessed my account, ordered a phone under my name and Sim card and added an extra lineTold me to come back the next day to get the glass protector for my phone and the earbuds. Refused to give me the glass and gave me a used pair of earbuds. DO NOT go there. They will steal your info and purchase phones under your name.
