Like every month I pay my lines by line I just got home internet for $55 but they stole my month's worth of my lines I wonder how they did it and I've been getting my money back and only ducks are asking me to come back in days they are rats I do not recommend here this just happened to me in my metro account the k page is $19 and in cash when I pay x my bank I have receipts where I pay but there are ducks

Place was really clean customer service was great by Blanca.Her help was 5 star.I really liked that she was bilingual was able to talk to my mom and help her with her questions about service and phone and we walked out with a new phone .Blanca was very helpful patient and her knowledge of the phones and service were great.Thank you very much Blanca / metro

This girl name Lou did a very bad job not friendly at all she just had an ugly attitude and my fone nearly works and we had got 3 others and nun seem to work very bad I hate this place

They are liars unprofessional my opinion thieves if you had a feature to a customer account without permission and tell the customer it's a part of the activation fee your a thief purchased phone 7/28 Sunday Tuesday returned to report default which there was several they told my boyfriend they would call with replacement device I felt was strange he had nothing in writing and when I asked did they place the order in the system on the computer just called the employee act as if she had no knowledge ask could she call back 3 times I am waiting now.sad will not ever return to this store and if they do not replace I will file complaint with BBB
