I was in the area and decided to stop to shop for a tablet, there were 2 guys, 1 said he was the manager, any way I ended up buying 4 tablets and 4 cases. I did pay cash, at the end of the transaction they told me the printer was broken, and that they will send me the receipt by email.When I was on the way to my ranch my son checked on the cases, and they weren't the same as the ones they showed me in the store, so I decided to go back to town so I can return to the store in the morning.I returned to the store, and asked for the same kind of cases, but they were out of stock, and I also asked for the receipt, they kept telling me that the printer was broken.....I feel that they're trying to keep it to redeem the rebates, or they over charge me, something very fishy is happening.I will go back again tomorrow,to see if they have the cases and my receiptIt has been a very bad experience.

Watch out this the employee name sam he scammed me with 20$ and when I went back he was super nervous when he seen me entering the store I was just wanting to activate my new iPhone I got and he was charging me 20$ extra for a umi saying that it’s for a Apple Watch but I don’t even own one he never explained to me what that was and I told him and he stayed quiet I don’t recommend this location WATCH OUT!!!I know usually it’s a 25 dollar plus tax but this guy sam charged me 47$ so he basically charged me 20$ more this location scams you!!

I was at this location last week as my number was canceled I went to check on this the guy working zyan helped me to get a new phone as my old was broke & also I got my number back which none of the store were able to do it HE GAVE ME A FREE CASE FOR MY PHONE ,the guy is informative & kind will recommend every one to visit if have any issues.

My friend had his phone stolen and we went up there to get a new phone and had the best experience. Both guys were friendly above and beyond customer service. Helped my friend log out of all his accounts and took the time to set up everything on the new phone. He was able to put the glass protector on and both guys had great conversation during the whole process. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a great experience.

Check your tickets before leaving the store because the person who serves you steals from you, he charged me 42.00 dollars for an activation when what I had to pay was 25 more taxes, unfortunately the message arrived when I was already on my way and I fell asleep in Don't ask for the receipt.

Whoever the person working on Wed morning is totally making Metro Pcs look bad. I went in needing assistance with my work phone (on the clock) thinking it should only take a few minutes. Yeah right! Not only did she not even LOOK at my phone, but tried to sell me another. I kept asking like 3-4 times please just help me with my work phone she completely ignored me and said they do not fix phones there. I'm like little girl I DO NOT NEED IT FIXED I JUST NEED IT TURNED BACK ON SO I CAN CONTINUE working!! She still pointing at phones talking about "if u buy this...." Bye FELICIA I'm cutting off Metro bs

When i call i never get an answer so i decided to go in person its says here they open at 10 and metro still wasnt open there was nobody inside im literally wasting time and gas at this location
