Horrible service, do not come to this Metro store. A month ago we bought a new phone that cost $160. Our line with that phone is only two, they charged us $60 for the first month. It was good. This month they charged us almost $100, adding charges that we did not authorize.
Without asking us, they added insurance and something else that raised the cost of the month another $35. Be careful when buying here.
Don't bother buying from this Metro store. Last month we bought a new phone that cost $160. That would add a total of 2 phones for our line. First month was $60, which was good. This month it totaled almost $100 because the admins at the store without asking us added insurance & something else that added another $35 to the monthly bill. Unnecessary cost. Be careful if you decide to shop here.

The location on E.Allen customer service was excellent, I went to that location because the worker in the location on E Berry near El Rio Grande was very rude and acted if she didn't care if a customer came in to the store or not and acted as if she didn't want to be bothered at the time very unprofessional.
