Yes, I was supposed to get a free upgrade when I got there.He wanted full price for a new phone I think that's a joke and that's not how you should treat customers when they have a bad experience with a phone for September 6 and a 1/2 months and that idiot at that store said, I had to pay him $465 for A.New phone to replace my old one.That will never happen again

NEGATIVE stars, THIS place needs to get shut down, the worst experience there, they are fully taking advantage of situations, especially for people who are more vulnerable and don't understand how the plans or phones work and get their money. We had a current plan with Metro and just needed to buy a device and add it to the plan (which after talking to customer service they mentioned would have cost 25$). The lady at the store said it would cost more to keep our plan and number while buying a new device she said it would be best to buy a new phone and set up a new plan even though she was able to get access to our acct. Then she changed our original plan and when I asked for a receipt she said we would receive a text the text was received but it didn't make sense with what we paid, the plan was now twice as much. (She was also taking pictures of the computer screen and texting someone). This is when I called customer service and they gave us the true options available to Metro customers. I suggest calling them first if possible and going to a different store outside of the 76111 area, the only helpful store is the one on 28th St closer to Riverside Dr. Keep the Sylvania store out of business so they can get shut down - according to other reviews they are not helpful at all.

So rude they never answer the phone ?????? and they never want to help you when you buy a phone they refuse to transfer the information to the new phone I don't recommend this store .

They declined service because I was not wearing a mask where it is state wide that you no longer have to wear mask.

Young lady was not very pleasant. I told her we needed new phone and help transferring information to our new phone. I told her I didn't know how to do that. After I purchased phone she handed me the phone and said here you go. I had to remind her to please help me get my information. She didn't seem like she cared about helping me. It's very frustrating going somewhere for help and feeling like you are not welcomed
