Had a mini vaycay an stopped in twice, this place is pretty good sized and has a bunch of dope equipment, absolutely loved the boxing sections too. This will definitely be my go to spot when I'm in town.

Best gym!!! Great motivation from not just the owners but everyone around. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner at lifting weights, you will learn and achieve goals you never thought were possible. Get in here and test there's no limit to what you can do.

Let's just say it's not being maintained and if you are immuno comprised don't come into this gym ? there are obvious concerns with little to no wiping down or spray to use. It's sad to see the brand of Metroflex disappearing through the years.

No place like home, love bein back to training at Metroflex FW. There is an energy here that you can feel. Always the spot. People aren’t worried about being on their phones or taking videos/selfies everywhere you look. People here are focused on themself and their growth.
