Equipment might not be the newest but they have EVERYTHING you might need to chase your fitness aspirations, the environment, the equipment, the heat, the people, best hardcore gym in DFW hands down.

Had a mini vaycay an stopped in twice, this place is pretty good sized and has a bunch of dope equipment, absolutely loved the boxing sections too. This will definitely be my go to spot when I'm in town.
