Very bad service, the manager received my payment and did not give me a ticket and a few days later they cut off my service because my payment was not reported. I returned to the store and the guy in charge never gave me a solution. He only told me that in half an hour I would have service and he deceived me.I will never return to that store and will soon change company. Terrible service.

They are open on Saturdays but whenever they want. They open very late

I come into this store on 12-11 and ask if the had apple earbuds and they didn’t. Then they offer me a substitute they said was just as good JBUDSAIR. When I get them home they don’t fit my girlfriends ears. I didn’t remember a no return policy and no one told me there was one. So I come back to the store I bought them at either the merchandise and receipt. And there isn’t a sign anywhere saying SALES ARE FINAL or NO REFUNDS nothing. But I was told that I can’t return them because they don’t do any returns. Maybe if I had brought them back within 24 hours but that’s a maybe. I’m sorry but this is BAD BUSINESS! If you sell a product to someone and they aren’t able to use the product because it doesn’t fit you should be able to return it. Especially if there is nothing posted and no one told you there is a no return policy. But Metro has a 14 day return policy that the franchise does not honor! This is bad business too! When you walk into a business with a brand name you should get the same service in all stores of that brand! This is actually discriminating against those who don’t live next to a corporate store! It’s ok I will be leaving Metro by T-Mobile and I will not return either to Metro or T-Mobile! And I’m going to call and see what I can do legally about the discrimination against those who don’t live close to a corporate store!

30 min till closed and they had already locked the door. A CHILD was behind the desk and pretending to wipe down the counters. Waited for a bit and no adult came out the back.

Went by here they were supposed to be open when we got there they were closed over an hour earlier than you were supposed to be I don't particularly like that kind of thing If they're supposed to be open they should be open But you know nowadays were covid and stuff Businesses are not doing what they should be doing they're screwing us over
