Bad customer service with no professional skills once so ever. They didn't provide helpful customer service. I had many questions about the use of their machines, but none was answered. Bad attitudes from the employees. A bad customer service can ruin their reputation. I will never buy anything from this company again. They don't even deserve a star.

I bought a Highland machine 2 1/2 years ago from Mesa . When I went for training, they ended up having to work on the machine while I was there because it wasn’t working right. I should have taken that as a sign. I have had nothing but trouble with this machine . I bought a SWF machine 15 years ago with Mesa and never had any issues. I tried to get them to take the machine back within months of purchasing it , and they wouldn’t. I bought a lemon. I never give bad reviews , but wanted to warn anyone that might be considering this purchase . Very cheaply made machine .

False Advertising and failure to refund for returned items. This company doesn't know the difference between A3 paper and Tabloid paper. When I ordered A3 paper that was advertised on their website, they first sent me letter size. I pointed out the mistake to them and asked them to confirm they had A3 paper before sending me a replacement. They told me they had 11x17 paper, which is Tabloid size and not A3. When I pointed this out to them, they made no apologies and proceeded to send me a package of Tabloid paper.Since I needed the A3 and not the Tabloid paper, I returned it. The company made a big deal about "waiving" a restock fee for an item that they sent me that was the wrong item. They made no apologies for falsely advertising a product they don't have in stock. And 3 weeks after I returned the items, they still haven't refunded me. This business seems to be trying to scam customers and hoping they don't know the difference between products or hoping they don't check credit card balances for refunds when items are returned.

I bought a Highland 1506 from a 3rd party.I’ve had some “user errors” and every time I call their support is first class. Great attitude, always informative and they spend quality time with you answering all of your questions. They also send how-to documents for further support.

The support team has been extremely helpful with any question that we have had. They have experienced embroidery employees who have been doing this for 15 years or more, not some 23 year old influencer looking to get likes on social media. As the people online has said time and time again, 99.9% of the time it is USUALLY USER ERROR. Not the machine.

We have just purchased our first embroidery machine, the 1501C5. Everyone from our sales rep, Mike Garner, to our trainer & tech, Paula Thomas & Will Martin, have been amazing. We have zero experience in embroidery. By the end of our first training, Paula had us feeling like experts! Mike was patient and walked us through what made sense for our first machine based on our target parameters. We ran into an odd issue which Paula and Will went above and beyond to fix. I don’t judge a company by how well they do when everything is perfect, but rather how they act when a challenge arises. The Mesa team, even down to their finance person, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and quite frankly, astounding. Oh, and their pricing compared to similar competitors what’s the best! Their starter kit had just about everything we needed to jump in and start shortly after install. I would be happy to give anyone a personal recommendation if you would like to follow up.Luis RodriguezNational PresidentWTFrs - Wind Therapy Freedom RidersCongressional Recognition Award RecipientsTX State Senate Award RecipientsAriCircle Teen Suicide Prevention ProgramWTFrs.com

Our machine arrived with bent feet. Made a single call and Mesa made sure that was only shipping damage. They address issue that day and I have new feet on way.Training of the physical machine via zoom went very well both my wife and I learned how to embroider start to finish a hat and flat items.Currently we are still in training for the software for digitizing. After our first class my wife was able to embroider custom names one items. We look forward to our other classes via zoom. All positives for us with our purchase. If I gave 1 piece of advice to Mesa it would be to use a online scheduling program for trainings so customers can see available training times to reduce back and forth emails

Bought a used 4 head, being used it was iffy. Had multiple issues with it from day one. Every call and issue was handled promptly. All my issues with this used machine have been 100% FIXED... I got the service I would have expected form buying a NEW machine. That is above and beyond what I would expect from buying a USED machine. Thank you!!!

I would HIGHLY advise to stay away from this company. I purchased a 6 Head Highland embroidery machine and it has been nothing but a nightmare. You are promised the world prior to you paying for the machine. After you pay the $35000 for the machine, they will stop responding to your calls. To run a logo you better have patience because you will spend 2 hours on a 5 min logo because the machine keeps malfunctioning. From thread breaks, to needle breaks. This is not a honest company. Anybody looking to do business with Mesa, feel free to contact me and I can help answer any questions you have about considering this company for your embroidery needs.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The Highland machine didn't work from day one. They sent me the same part to fix it 5 times and it never worked. Eventually the warranty ran out. Then they wanted to charge me for the same part that never fixed the problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!
