Arrived at 10:58 to get measured and order something online, checked in and was 2nd in line on their app. 40+ minutes later and I’m 1st in line having been surpassed by people who arrived and checked in after I did. What’s the point of using a check in system if you don’t honor it? I’m still standing here and am watching groups that came in after me get assistance while I continue to wait. Utterly ridiculous.

Need to buy 3 suits, 2 blazers, 2 pairs of slacks and 2 pairs of shoes. Came here twice in two weeks and other than me asking where the restroom was, no one said a word to me either time.

Grayson was dope. Smaller selection of outfits didn’t have what I wanted but had what all the groomsmen needed. Anything red they do not rent. Not sure if this is a common thing everywhere. The older man that was yelling was scary.

Mackenzie was so helpful, quick and extremely professional. We of course waited last minute to get my finances suit, but ended up not being a huge deal with his help!! Go see Mackenzie he’s awesome!

Came in on a Friday evening for dress pants. My boyfriend has been fitted for dress clothes and suits here many times with no problems, the alterations guy even knows his measurements…unfortunately, yesterday we came in and the gentleman helping us measured him at a 39 which he’s never worn. He’s always been a 35/36.When he came out of the dressing room, pants falling off, asking for another size, the guy started arguing with him about the measurements…stating that he should be wearing bigger pants.They were failing off.Even after getting the correct size, the guy still tried to argue that tighter fitting pants weren’t the style. Even stating “are you sure I can’t talk you out of those pants”…It was extremely rude, distasteful, and disrespectful. I’m assuming he was the manager. He was ill dressed for someone who seemed to be managing a suit store at the time. Completely unprofessional. Never again. Super sad to see it go downhill.

I had many people give me mixed opinions on using mens wearhouse, especially for my wedding. I am not someone who leaves reviews, but today my fiancé and I had the best experience and I couldn’t help but leave one! We made an appointment to get him fitted for his suit and put together our suits for our groomsmen, ushers, and fathers (12 people total!) and it was the smoothest process! Ron helped us go through and make sure each individual person would get exactly what was wanted and needed. He was so intentional and kind, explaining everything so thoroughly and answering all of our questions! We couldn’t have asked for a better or more stress free time. I don’t know about other locations but as for this one, I couldn’t recommend it more. And if you can work with Ronald, do it!!!

Tim was amazing. My son had left his Tennis shoes in his tuxedo bag after the wedding. They were his only shoes and he was flying out to Seattle that night. Tim was a Rockstar. He found the shoes, waited for us , after closing and we were able to get pick up his shoes. THANK YOU TIM! You were a lifesaver. We appreciate you.

Horrible experience. Honestly I was excited to take my boyfriend to pick out some new dress clothes but the way men’s warehouse treated us I definitely don’t wanna go back. Just a little back story my boyfriend has a hard time finding clothes because he is 6’6 and most dress shirts are too short or small etc. Men’s Warehouse has been the only place he’s able to find clothes recently. Well we decided to see if they have anything and as we are shopping no one greets us or even asks if we need help. The entire time we had to approach the employees if we had questions and they had such a rude attitude answering them. It’s like they didn’t care at all about the customer. Well we finally find my boyfriend a shirt and he wants to try it on just to make sure it’s the right fit. The man at the dressing rooms proceeds to argue with him about the shirt saying that if he’s bought Calvin Klein before then it’ll fit. My boyfriend tells him he wants to make sure but the man continues to argue until finally letting him try on the shirt. I had decided not to go back after that but considering that it’s Christmas soon I went back to get some more things. Thinking maybe it’ll be a better experience this time around. SPOILER ALERT. it wasn’t . Same thing. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I carried my things to the counter to check out and waiting for at least 15 minutes just standing there as a long line formed behind me. A lady walks up with a customer and lets them cut to the very front while asking with an attitude “oh did you wanna check out?” I’m thinking to myself yes that’s why I’ve been standing here what else do you think? But no I politely said yes. All that to say mens warehouse in Alliance town center do better!

Used to like them much better, but recently they tend to disappoint.I brought a suit in for alteration and it did not fit after a two week wait to get it done. Per their policy, I paid for that alteration and they said they needed another 2 weeks to fix it. Unfortunately, I didnt have an additional 2 weeks to wait until I needed it and they said theyd only accelerate the timeline to fix their mistake if it was for a funeral. Their "best" suggested I try a 3rd party tailor, without refunding the alteration cost.On a rental, because my suit did not fit, they taxed me 3x the rental cost "because that what the subtotal was for the cost of the suit in case it gets damaged".
