I called to the store to attempt to place an item on hold. The young girl that answered never answered saying with a greeting or stated the name of the store and answered the phone as if she was answering her personal phone with a hello. I asked if I was calling the Melrose store she said yeah, I asked if I could place an item on hold since I was told it was the last one from a friend that was there 2 days ago plus it was 30 min before they closed and a pretty good distance for me to show up in time. She said no I was like but when I was up there 3 days ago spent a good amount of money I noticed items on hold under the counter with names taped on the item. She repeated we can’t and I responded but that does not make sense weather it’s over the phone or in person. She just hung up on me. She was rude very unprofessional And I did not need to be treated that way as I never once gave her the same treatment she did to me. They need to be taking classes on how to provide good customer service. Lost a customer here. if i could give a 0 star review i would.

Need more stock right nowon plus size...I see everything must be saling outt these days fast#..this has always been a nice place to shop tho.. on some up to dates shoe/clothes styles for ladies...YOUgot to go check them oUT..kids clothes/shoes a also ..just a mixture of things to choose from...don't be a stranger i was showing the lady around...she never been in that mall ever...but she is definitely returning with or without ...is what she told me..lolEnjoyed ur store thanks for having us without bad vibes....just ask and they will answer ???
