Erik and the team are great, they always have a positive attitude! This store is the only one me and my husband will go to. Everyone is very nice and respectful. If you need anything bike related I definitely recommend this store!

I have never seen anyone tru a wheel of any kind , faster than Aubrey. He is a bike mechanic at bike mart. I've been an automotive technician half of my life and work construction. I can't tru bike or motorcycle wheel....ive tried, but Aubrey sure can! I watched him tru my kiddos bent wheel in 45 seconds. Store and staff is Amazing! Aubrey is a bmf that know his stuff!!!!

Called ahead the day before to confirm they had the right size and type of tire for my bike because I needed it done on the same day. My bike is a daily rider for me so it was very important to have it changed the same day. I drive all the way out to get it fixed and walk in with my bike just to have the guy behind the counter tell me immediately they don’t have the tire and won’t get it until Thursday at the earliest. Wasted MY time and MY money. Don’t go here period, because obviously when you call ahead before you make the trip for a specific part, they don’t actually check to see if they have it.

I called and Dennis helped me. I needed two bike boxes they was going to throw away. The shop looked amazing when I walked in! Dennis greeted me right away. I let him know I was the one picking up the two empty bike boxes. He was very polite, professional, kind, and a great listener. If I ever need anything I will definitely make the drive to shop at this location.

Was really impressed by the staff at this shop! Came in with a problem after travel with my partner's bike and they helped immediately and refused payment for the quick fix. Proceeded to rent a bike from them too and that was also a very positive experience! Too bad I don't live here so I can't give them more frequent business, but I hope you get a chance!

I've been to Bike Mart twice in the last month, and I want to say that I've noticed a greatly appreciate improvement in the customer service department. Erik Jones greeted me this time here and we talked about mountain bikes, specifically tires. His vast knowledge helped me to understand the differences in 3 different brand name tires and now I know exactly what I want.
