Was transported from Medical City Hospital to Heritage House in Keller. My driver was courteous, helpful, and caring. I had a very good experience with them. Recommend!

Last minute cancellation due to their system being “revamped” spoke to manager and he confirmed that his employee was giving the wrong information. They asked to be zelled or cash app for the service a $450 service that apparently was against policy. Three days before I needed the service. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t do business with this company it’s a scam

A joke! I told the lady my availability day 1 of her call. She set me up for an interview and again I told her my availability. She offered me the job with a 3 day training start not like I needed the training because I only apply where I have previous skills in the profession. So told so many compassionate and understanding stories of a schedule accommodation told to arrive for training the Monday of and received a text later that day of her moving forward with someone much more flexible. Oh okae the job is 5 day’s on 2 off! A normal work day is 8hr 40hrs a week anything over! Being over time where’s the problem? Because Fridays until school is out needing to be off by 330p in which wasn’t a problem when you offered me the job. Was asked how much I’d like to make and I stated that as well, she stated oh we hire at $14-$16 up but in the interview stated they start people at $12 hr with pay increases however what I told her I’d work at was an ok! Don’t play game’s if a person is straight forward with you and you need someone you can work like a dog, say that over the phone don’t call me in for an interview give me the job then text me with the foolishness. Wonder why they needing help! This wasn’t professional at all.

Had a friend who desperately needed help getting home (Disabled Vet from Vietnam). The manager on duty went above and beyond to ensure thay he was treated with respect and the service response time was fantastic. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you so much!

Great Management team and Professional Staff.MedixCar was contracted to take care of my transportation needs by the Hospital and Rehab Facility, while I recovered from my car accident. I was so impressed by their service that I retained them to continue my medical transport, when I was discharged to my home.I have anxiety when travelling following my accident, but I am able to be at ease because of the safety protocols the drivers follow. My wheelchair and I are secured and checked, before every departure. When I get to my appointments, the drivers ensure I am checked in and okay before departing. There have been times when I have had last minute appointments, and they have gone above and beyond to assist in getting me there in time.The cost of the service is fair, and removes the stress of me worrying about how I will be able to make it to my physical therapy and doctor appointments. Everyone I have been in contact with has been so pleasant and professional.Special Thank You's go out to the Management staff of Mashel, Frank, and Ali. To Marvin and Clifton thank you making me feel safe when driving me to my appointments.

We were scheduled to have my mother-in-law picked up at 8 AM they did not arrive until 8:43AM. They were 43 minutes late. I contact at the service at eight or nine and said where are you and he explained to me that they were on their way however him he couldn’t tell me how long it would be until they arrived. I also explained that she had an appointment to get the Covid test at 9 AM then he began to read me the schedule for the Covid test that it was between 9AM to 10am. Which didn’t matter because I had other things I needed to do. I had appointments myself at 9 AM; I wasn’t going to leave the house until I was secure in the knowledge that my mother-in-law was on her way to her appointment. In the future if my mother-in-law has an appointment at the doctors office at 9 AM that’s when she needs to arrive she doesn’t need to arrive at 9:30. So if I schedule for the van to come pick her up at 8 AM that’s when I need them they’re not 8:45 AM. Unsure if I’m going to use their service if the pick up time is so varied!

Time is important. 3:30 pickup does not mean 5 o’clock. Especially to an elderly person stuck in a wheelchair. Help send another transport service..

I am eternally grateful to Medixcar for giving my gravely father who is battling cancer a chance at life. Medixcar transported my father professionally, smoothly, efficiently, and comfortably from Dallas to MD Anderson Cancer ER in Houston. Frank was great setting up the appointment on short notice (called Friday at 6 pm) over a weekend as my father was deteriorating rapidly and charged a *much* more affordable rate compared to other van services. Ali the driver was really impressive in his professionalism, and arrived on Sunday with a 2nd EMT early, carefully moving my frail father from his bed at the assisted living facility onto a stretcher bed, and smoothly wheeling my father into the van all in less than half an hour. I followed Ali for the four hour drive to Houston, during which he and the EMT cared for my father, managing his medicines, and upon arrival at MD Anderson, Ali professionally moved my father from the stretcher bed to the wheelchair and transported my father into the cancer ER. My father survived a risky trip and was admitted to MD Anderson. Thanks again for your exceptional service under such gut-wrenching circumstances. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I did not feel secure on this ride, June 18, 2020, around 3:30 p.m. I was in a wheelchair and the driver did not fasten a seatbelt over me. When I reminded him, he stopped the vehicle and pulled one strap over me and fastened it. An arm was loose on one side of my wheelchair and I did not notice it until we were in transit. I was fearful of falling forward out of the chair on the freeway. I would not use this service again.
