Terrible customer service. My son has used Medigy for a year for cpap supplies and not once in that time did they send the correct supplies. The last shipment contained a mask that my son had never used. It was their mistake and they required a restocking fee in order for me to return the mask. I switched to Majors Medical.

Teri at the Medigy Ft Worth location is amazing! I was struggling with another company (CA) with the appropriate mask, insurance coverage, etc. Teri helped me get the correct device at a great price, found it in the local warehouse and I had it mailed to me in TWO days!! She is personable, knowledgeable and all round great to work with. I highly recommend.

I experienced a very good session learning about my new CPAP machine. Being a little nervous about this new medical device I was so glad to be met with friendliness and even humor to help relax the experience. Mark was very helpful in explaining the options and differences in masks. I learned the placement and fit of the mask, the mechanics of the machine and directions for cleaning the machine. All of that is also to be text to me by Mark. I really had a pleasant experience with Medigy in getting everything set up.

I started out very upset over some billing issues and lack of communication, but I have finally gotten some clarity. The employee and the manager (not sure I should say names) that I worked with were wonderful. Once I see how things progress I may move this up to 5 stars.Update: I cant recall the young man's name who I spoke to the day I wrote my review, but I was pretty upset and he handled it very well. I had been struggling to get ahold of anyone and had not been able to get any answers regarding a billing issue. He talked to me for quite some time. He was kind, patient and let me vent. He caringly directed me to Latoya and she was great! She was understanding and helpful and gave me the answers I was looking for. Then she sent me to Mariela who helped with a mask revision and she was understanding, helpful and efficient. I am waiting to see how the billing situation resolves itself over the several months before I make an edit to my review. But regarding the staff I was able to talk to, I was very pleased! And I give all 3 of them 5 stars.

My experience with Mark was nothing short of amazing. I came home the same day of my appointment and used my new CPAP and had zero difficulties using it. This is pretty great to be able to come home with equipment and be immediately able to use it properly. FIVE STARS

I needed the headgear for my ResMed mask because a small magnet clasp had broken. Trouble was, I was 2 hours from home visiting Fort Worth. I went into the Fort Worth location planning on buying the mask and headgear and Teri was able to give me a couple of the clasps.... free. That's great service from a company who cares about it's customers. Thanks Teri for making my day.

Today I met with Mark in the Dallas office. I went in there, thinking that my machine would probably be gone for 4 to 6 weeks for a repair, because I dropped it two weeks ago. I also brought my old machine in because it had died over a year ago thinking that we just give it to you guys for Repair and give it to somebody well, Mark found out that my old machine the motor had not died like I thought But it was a bad power supply, and he gave me a replacement. He checked my new machine and the problem with low pressure and a gurgling sound seem to have gone away. So I left his office with my new machine ready to go and buy old machine as a back up. Thank you Mark.
