My son is starting CPAP therapy, and we used Medigy as our CPAP device and supplies provider. The process was very easy. They pre-authorized my insurance, called me and placed the order within a day. My service rep, Wendi Ogielat, was amazing. When she called, she was friendly, patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. She let me order a specific CPAP model and supplies that matched what I am currently using so it would enable us to share CPAP supplies. If you can, ask for Wendi to get you set up.

Had my orientation for my new ACPAP machine this past Thursday at the law office building off of 75. Was met by Mariela the clinical manager for Medigy in a conference room. She was exceptional and very straightforward with the orientation. She made sure everyone was following along, even if some jumped ahead. She kindly asked them to follow along instead of just messing with the buttons and such. Appreciated this because it’s a new machine and not everyone is accustomed to using one. She gave us time to use and wear it to get acclimated which helped. The whole orientation was hands on. One user walked in really late, but she kindly asked her to wait for her outside and redirected her to the office downstairs where someone else could assist her. Instead of the rest of group having to wait for the later comer to catch up, we were able to continue on with our orientation. Mariela the clinical manager was great, experienced, and confident. Things were a little confusing at first, with a lot of semi-automated messages on several channels. Eventually I got to talk to Wendy and she was very helpful and got everything sorted out. Available appointments to get the device were not super convenient, but in the end I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow, only two days after Medigy started the process.
They continue to have problems keeping their stories straight. For example, IIRC, Wendy told me I would be able to try various masks at the initial appointment and pick the one that worked best, but actually, I have to try the recommended one for a week before I can try another...probably involving more time off work for another long, slow trip half way across the city. She also told me that the appointment would be confirmed with messages giving the location, but neither the email nor the text message had that information. I only made it because I wrote down what she told me.
Other than those problems, the appointment was a helpful introduction to using the device.
