I was seen by Michael Huela, when I came in I had severe bloating, abdominal pain and fatigue. He quickly did Covid test Flu test which has nothing to do with my symptoms. Not only that, he prescribed medicine that is not available in the pharmacy to help with my symptoms! I asked for an energy booster such as a steroid shot to help me at least walk and move around and he said no need for that. A big mistake to be seen by him! Even his staff asked me why did he recommend Covid test and they were confused as well. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

Highly recommend MedExpress. I called to make sure I could be seen because I couldn't schedule an appointment online due to it being after 6 pm, and they close at 8 pm. I let them know about my injury, and they told me to come right in and rhey would see me. So I went in, and the staff were great, nice, and informative. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews on Google. I will definitely be returning if I need urgent care. Thank you to the receptionist, Xray tech, and Doc for taking care of me. Many blessings to all of you.

I took a sick family member in today. Betty Masching NP got to the bottom of things and got him back on his feet. Compassionate, competent care? I was impressed!

I highly recommend. The entire staff was friendly and the facility was clean. The Dr. was very caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Great experience!

The PA was rude. Asked me why I did not follow up with my family doctor. I have a84 year old husband that was in the hospital. My pCP was 17 miles away. He was rude and kept saying I did not need to come back to Med Express. Go follow up with your PCP. In other words don’t come back. Well Michael I will not EVER. Come back. Nor will I tell people to come there.

Let me start this post by saying this, facility is very far from my home, but set up by my Insurance Company. I have been feeling very sick for the past 6 days, and I needed to be seen so I made the drive. The facility was very clean and the employees were very professional from the intake to the nurse practitioner. But I want to give special recognition to the nurse practitioner Betty Masching. She was very thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. She diagnosed the ear infection that I was suspicious of but did not know for sure if I had, prescribed medicationand called it in for me even helping me to locate a pharmacy near my home . By the time I reached the pharmacy it was ready. She assured me every step of the way of everything that was happening and the tests that she would conduct to eliminate covid and flu.She assured me that I would be feeling better shortly. Med Express is very lucky to have this very caring and thorough person on their staff. If I ever need Med Express, I will make the drive to this facility! Very pleased! Thank you.

Showed up a little before 8. Lights and open sign are turned on right at 8 so I go instead and am told there's no provider, they don't know when one will be in and then she said "those doors weren't supposed to be unlocked." If you weren't planning on opening then you probably shouldn't turn on your open sign. Also shouldn't you know when your doctor is going to be in?

It was going fine until we tried to pickup our script and the pharmacy said it was incorrectly put in. We tried calling the clinic sunday (the next day) since it was Saturday evening when we went to the clinic and nobody would answer. We finally drove up to the clinic to find a taped up sign that read the clinic was closed. It was upsetting just witnessing my son get worse and not have his medication. I could’ve just waited to go see his doctor on Monday and avoid the costly issue.

Quick and easy to make an appointment. Check-in process was smooth. I met with Dr. Naomi Courtright and she was outstanding. She took her time during the appointment and kept asking questions to genuinely try to understand what was causing my issue. I've never had a doctor take the time and effort to understand my concerns, especially at an urgent care, like Dr. Courtright. I told her if she ever goes into private practice, I will be a patient.

Kind staff. However, as a patient who also works in healthcare, please do not advertise you can accommodate IV fluids upon scheduling to then have the PA say in office “he only does 1-2 IV’s a year & cannot guarantee he will get it”.

I came in to get treated for what seemed like sciatic nerve pain. I was looking for an urgent care in network and came across this place. The customer service, professionalism, and bed side manner of the staff here was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I felt very well taken care of. I was extremely pleased with the care I received.

The front desk lady very rude and they not able to provide any service.On Friday morning I called about drug test for the job and they told me just walk in and about an hour later I went and the receptionist said I don't have any technician to do for you you need to call before you coming to make sure we can do it.Next day I called and the receptionist said I have 2 technician to do it today you can come and we I went she said sorry I can't register you you need to call that number I am not a register to do it for you and with very bad attitude and I asked her how long that can take and she repeated with the attitude I am not a register to know when asked her why you didn't say that when I called she start yelling.This is very bad place to take care of anyone and the front desk need to be replaced.There review is garbage from most of the patients.I don't recommend it to anyone.
