Won't be back. If you have rude staff at the front talking to people the way she did, this place will tank. For her to make the nasty comment about my private insurance saying, ewwww we don't take this. US Health group is under United Healthcare. No reason for the ewww. Also, if you require masks for one, you better require it for all. She turned the waiting room into a segregated waiting room. Let that sink in.

Everyone there was wonderful!! Super friendly, expedient & helpful.I even asked about working there as I m a Registered Nurse & great team player but was informed you only hire MA’s & RT’s. Too bad, your loss.

Starting from the secretary, the nurse and the doctor, they were all very kind and patient with me. He didn't speak much English but they were always available to help and understand what he was saying. No discrimination, instead they were very kind and attentive

I received Excellent & compassionate care by the Doctor, RN & receptionist. I highly recommend this urgent care. I will definitely go back there when my primary Doctor is unavailable.

I changed my review. They redeemed theirs elf. The staff was so nice it moved me to change my opinion. Please I was told it was a new person working that day. I was frustrated but the doctor showed compassion and I was just a bad day .

the Dr is great but the billing Department is horrible they don't make sure they are billing correct my EOB came in saying I owed $98 dollars less than what they were billing me upon calling they said they had a blank EOB asked for me to email mine so I did when I followed up the next day was told by another rep that they could not use mine even though they had asked for it that I needed to call my insurance to have a new EOB sent to them or I would be charged the other amount. when I asked to speak to a supervisor she corrected the amount before taking my call she said that she had found the EOB so either they didn't find it to begin with and were going to over charge me or they used what I sent and corrected my bill .... we will not be going back

Had to go for pre-employment tests, and the staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Not only that, they did a great job explaining the process of how the tests were going to be run and were very thorough with any questions I asked. They were efficient and so kind! I will definitely be coming back for any health-related services.

I made a same day appointment online, the staff was friendly and great bedside manner. In and out within 30 minutes and my prescription was quickly entered and filled by a pharmacy down the street. I’ll go back in the future.

Had myself an appointment soon as I checked in 5 minutes later I was called to the back. I was in and out I say 30 to 40 minutes but didn't seem that long. My doctor was really friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I have to say this was the best Clinic and clean I have ever been too.
