He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! “We went in for a new remote for our 2016 model bed. Browsing the store after it was determined that we needed to contact Sleep Number customer service my wife and I were asking questions about the newer model beds and advancements of newer model beds.
After some discussion with the salesman my wife and I agreed that we should upgrade our bed. Honestly I believe we were on the same wavelength walking into the store that we wanted to upgrade our bed.
I can only speak in the highest regard for all three of the sales people in the store, for all three answered different questions during our time in the store.”

“Just purchased a new mattress and excited to receive it next week. Memorial Day sale has begun. We bought the i8 version in king with split on upper half of the bed only. With smart tech, it's supposed to help regulate your temperature adjusting automatically. We're both looking forward to the custom settings, adjustable foot and head areas. I'll update this review once we've had time on the bed to give better opinion of sleep quality. Fabian was great to work with.”
