Nice experience. We were taking time after lunch to look at new mattresses as we are changing from a California King back to a queen. Jason did a great job letting me take a nap on a demo mattress. Felt great so we ended up purchasing & getting upgrade on flexible foundation. Didn’t think I would ever want an inclining bed . Elevates both head & feet. SOLD! To be delivered on Friday. Anybody need a California King cheap??

Joshua has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a former retail worker, this guy did an amazing job finding me something that could support me for a great price.
The entire store does an incredible job of making sure you get something that works specifically for you.
When I was having an issue with the first model I got, Josh was extremely patient and took the time to make sure I got a mattress that worked for me.
Answered a ton of questions I had, extremely knowledgeable and also friendly. I knew so little about mattresses, so this was invaluable.
Can’t recommend this store enough. Go see Josh at Waterside.

We had a magnificent experience buying our new Stearn and Foster bed and base we enjoyed every moment of our over an hour visit because of Kyle! He is so incredibly knowledgeable and we learned a great deal about sleep-he is truly a sleep expert. Equally satisfying was his professional and his friendliness and his patience. We are sending all of our family members only to Kyle-we love him!!! ?
