I ordered online and didn’t get much info on tracking my order for delivery. I was told all the info would be sent to me via email and it’s upsetting bcus I was given so much info all the way to purchase then that’s it as soon as I made payment. Now when I go back online to check delivery it’s an automated system with automated answers. Then I call my local store and the manager Gil says “ I can’t help you, you need to go online” before I even explain my situation. I spoke to Megan a few days ago another manager and she at least heard me out and texted me a tracking link so my reason for calling back is to ask if she was able to look further into my delivery but Gil answered (store manager) and all the way to the end of my call could care less about my purchase with Mattress Firm. Good Job Gil way to represent Mattress Firm!
