The Mattress Firm store on S Hulen in Ft Worth Tx is great. Megan went above and beyond the ordinary to make sure that I got a mattress that was best for me. She worked until late to get the paperwork done. I’m very happy with her help and patience! Thank you.

The bed frame that I bought two years ago has been leaning and the crossbar welds have broken apart. I called customer service and they would not honor the five year warranty and said it was only one year. I called them again from the store on Hulen and asked to speak to warranty and the call was disconnected. Twice. So, Gil, the store manager, sold me a new one for half price and said to go home and print out the five year warranty clause. He said that was the best he could do for me.
