Emma is an asset to Mattress Firm! She helped me get a new mattress and adjustable platform for my mom and dad to use in their independent living apartment. We had a tight budget and she made it work, while empathizing and offering kind encouragement. I would definitely purchase from her again.

I was skeptical of going to mattress firm as I’d never bought a mattress before but boy am I glad we chose this location. Charlie was absolutely amazing and calmed my anxiety of purchasing right off the bat. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and confident. He guided me and my husband through every step and made it so simple. We weren’t sure of what exactly to expect but we definitely left with a smile on our faces and a new bed on the way. All in all, please choose this location and please ask for Charlie because you won’t regret it!

I highly recommend this store & our incredible knowledge salesperson (Charlie). He took the time with my husband and I, asking all the questions & educating us, in making the rite choice. He made us feel like family. He also followed up with phone calls making sure of our delivery & setup went smoothly. Megan was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient with my son and let him try all sort of mattresses. I am extremely pleased with the service. She was able to find a price match and lowered the cost of one the beds. A link was sent to me to decide later so I didn’t feel pressured to buy right then. I feel confident about the value and guarantee and paid for it later that day. Delivery options within the week. Our family is looking forward to our new beds
