Mrs. Shaquera and Mrs. Uchenna are beautiful ladies! I love it here and going to visit the office to see their beautiful faces!
They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!
I appreciate these women a lot!
They take care of everything and are very organized and on time!
Straight forward, to the point and always organized!
Mrs. Shaquera and Mrs. Uchenna were a very big help for me, beyond thankful for the both of them.

Lived there from 2019-2022 on a HUD lease and they were okay apartments. But alot of crime in and out. Had a package stolen and installed a working wireless doorbell camera and cameras inside my apartment for security. My neighbor was shot and I got caught in the crossfire of a shooting with my friend visiting me. Went to a hotel for the night with my kids. My 88 year old Neighbor nearly lost her thumb and I gave her medical aid until her family and emergency services got there. Also thin walls and lots of noise from people above us and they were always confrontational to the point of harrassing my guests when we asked them to stop or when we had to alert the office about them arguing and stuff. I've since married and moved away from there. Towing services are difficult to reach out to friends car was towed and he was only there 3 hours. Otherwise though management and the apartments in general are okay

I really enjoyed the tour of the apartments and I am glad the were able to accommodate for us to go in today. Kaira was great she has been the one who has helped us along the way.

I literally just called here to see if they have anything available and she wanted to access my financial information over the phone. I literally just asked if they have any 3 bedrooms and she proceeds to tell me I can’t afford it. ????? I was considering moving here but that was a horrible first experience and no thank you.

Grew up in this neighborhood. Live away in comfort now. Visited a friend who lives here. I feel bad for them. I feel bad for anyone who lives here. I feel bad for anyone who works here also. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors pissing and the nerve to have an 8pm noise curfew. This is America and you have to walk on eggshells to enjoy basic life in your own living room. You have to use sign language to have a late night conversation because you can hear clearly through the walls. You have to be mute and deaf to enjoy your duration here. The owner of this property should be grateful for it's tenants and the government that pays them. Why this place has not been leveled is still a mystery.

Unprofessional. I was living here 4 years ago with my grandma and unfortunately she passed away I told the front manager about it and I told her if it’s okay to turn the apartment into my name, she said it was and gave me paperwork to fill out, the next day I took her the paperwork’s while thinking I was gonna keep the apartment. 2 days later she calls me saying she lost the paperwork’s and that i have to leave the apartment. I was so mad cause I lost my grandma in that apartment due of hospice and I had no where to go, now in the present I am speaking about theses apartment cause it’s unprofessional, not cleaned, vested, rude, unorganized. I don’t recommend these apartments.

Only because I can give no stars if not I would. I went up there one day to get information on there apartments and the manager not sure her name because of course she was very unprofessional basically stopped me at the door and said they had nothing available. But I had spoken to another lady before and she said they did. Then when I finally talked to the lady she scheduled me an appointment but the manager was there the day of and of course everything went bad again. She said I didn't qualify and that I couldn't apply. I can't find the management number to call and complain at this point don't want to live we're office people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Just wanting to let them know ow about there management working in those apartments.

I was staying with a friend and my car was repeatedly vandalized and never seen any footage from security cameras. Always a delay and management say they are on it along with police detectives waiting for footage. Very displeased with this slow process from this complex.
