My worst nightmare. Thanks God you can't smell pictures. A lot of tears in this past year, paying for live in horrible place. Paying for facilities we don't have. Please visit the place before move in different moments.
They released our contract. 1 month before (a little bit more) I paid the full month of June, they request the keys on June 22nd, but I don't care, we only want go. We returned the keys in June 19th (today). I have video and pictures after empty the apartment. I'll put pictures and evidence when we receive my deposit back. And let everyone know how we close this nightmare.
Still waiting back our deposit!!!! Almost a month...

I have been in communication with the manager Anna for 2 months about moving into our apartment and come the day of move-in the place has clearly not been cleaned, the appliances are broken, there was a dead bird in our closet (I would attach a picture but it’s disgusting), and Anna has not tried to fix any of it. 0/10 would recommend. The manager fails to communicate and has still not told me when any of the issues will be resolved.

The office staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made the whole process (touring/application) very simple and easy. Alejandra have us a wonderful tour and Cecelia has been great in helping us through the application process.
