Zander Bravo, helped fit me for a different mask to use with my BiPap machine. He provided excellent customer service! I recommend this company and this service representative. He was intelligent, kind, gentle and created a relaxed atmosphere for learning and communication! I am grateful for his help today! He is a gem!!!

I needed to come to pick up my apap machine and get fitted for my mask. First of all, I came in early, but the staff had no problem allowing me to come in and letting me know they still needed to clean the room. I didn't mind this at all because it was nice to know they wanted the room clean for me before I was assisted. I was helped by a gentleman named Zander Bravo. I can't express this enough but this gentleman made this experience very easy and did an incredible job helping me! He was very nice, understanding, sensitive, and gave priceless advice and service! I wish more people in the world were like Zander, he made my experience easy and unforgettable, thank you sir!!!

The staff in the store is great. HOWEVER - the billing and supply ordering departments for this company are totally useless and incompetent. Several times my husband and I have called to discuss our bill and supply orders. We have left messages as instructed to have someone return our calls. This NEVER happens. Ever. Also, I asked for ONE month's supply of nose pillows from the automated ordering system and I got 12, and then a big hefty bill for them afterwards. Since the 6 times before I requested nose pillows from the automated call system and I didn't get them, and my requests to have someone return my call to talk about my account fell on deaf ears, I guess I shouldn't complain, but I will here. I'd complain to a person, but that is a futile quest, and I'm done with these people. I will be finding another company to fill our cpap needs. I hope this review helps someone avoid the headache we've had.

Very frustrated with the Fort Worth location. I lost my cpap on an international trip. I have been trying to get a replacement since early June or late May. Repeated phone calls with no actions. Claimed Cigna denied the replacement and offered cash price. I called Cigna and was able to confirm they will replace. Had moy Dr send over a order for machine. Cigna called them and explained what needed to be done. Now repeated calls, no return calls and no status provided.

Poor customer service! When I first got my CPAP machine a couple years ago, they called every week to replace my supplies. I finally told them did they realize how often they are to be replaced and to quit calling me. December 2022 tried to get supplies and never could.My PCP had several complaints on this company as well. So changing to a new medical supply company!!Beware people!

They answered the phone immediately, no waiting for 30 minutes on hold that’s normal for the Dallas office. Tiffany immediately replaced my order that had not arrived with no questions or concerns. I was off the phone in a minute! The customer service at this location is so good! Thank you!!!Sure beats the two hours on the phone with the Dallas office with nothing accomplished but telling me to track down the missing order! Amazing what happens when you find a person that really cares!

My experience with Majors was excellent. Please ask for Zander, truly, a self motivated individual that is excellent at his craft. He is professional, efficient, very knowledgeable (surprisingly so because he test the equipment he recommends to help his patients). I look forward to continuing to build a relationship with Majors to improve my heath. I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF POSSIBLE. Thank you Zander! -DK

MMS bent over backward to facilitate a new cpap. We had to try two head kits, but all was handled efficiently, changed mask shipped as soon as we figured the first was lacking for my needs, as in too small for my fat head! The replacement is wonderful, the doc, T Grimes, Kat, the gals and dudes in the office, all excellent peeps!

I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Major Medical supplies. I've had this equipment for almost a year and they've NEVER called me to check on anything. The several calls I did get CLAIMING to be major medical said it was from they're colIection dept. And that I wrote them a hot check for supplies. I explained to "Ashley" that I didn't even own a check book and that I never wrote them a hot check bc I had insurance to cover it. I've gotten several calls about this. I called today for service dept and for billing about the hot check situation and all I've gotten is voice mails!! No one has called me back yet and it's been several hours. I hope people that use this company are having better luck with them than I did. Plus I was billed for portable oxygen refills that I didn't receive. It also took 3-4 weeks for me to get my oxygen machine!
