It was a pleasure working with Ed in getting my car repaired. He was able to repair my car at an affordable price compared to another body shop. They were able to take it right in, told me it would take two weeks for repairs. They were good on their word and awesome in their repairs. I normally do not post reviews however, after working with him and his group I would highly recommend them. Great job, great service at a fair price.

Ed runs a great shop! My Mercedes was rear ended and I got it back as if nothing ever happened. My rear camera was a little off but it’s not a big deal. I have heard good things from a friend who worked at the car lot across the street and used his services several times. Got my car in and out within two weeks, it would’ve been faster if parts weren’t coming in from Germany. Highly recommend this body shop!

This place is seriously the best in Fort Worth. Every other place I called before this place, was backed up a month or 2 out. I called, explained my situation and they saw me that day. Had my car ready sooooo soon. Saved me so much money and stress. Ed is The Man. These people are very thoughtful and caring and have great service. Great at communicating and definitely very understanding. Completely repaired my vehicle and matched my super unique blue car paint!!! I appreciate their work so much, thanks again, y'all have no idea how much I appreciate everything! Will definitely go back here if needed and definitely recommend, 10/10 !Services: Painting

This place is really run down. There are aggressive dogs in a pin surrounding the building and the enclosure is full of feces and ripped up furniture. Very flakey, hard to contact, and they were late to every appointment we had made. They also do a pretty shoddy job and not particularly cheap, go elsewhere.

Mr Ed did excellent dent repair on my 2018 Lincoln MKZ. I had a fairly large dent on a seam of the front passenger quarter panel. When he was done and on time I was absolutely amazed it was perfect with no offsets. I almost did not go in to Magic Touch because my spouse did not like this business on it appearance. At least his overhead was not being past down to customers like me. I recommend that you pass-up The FK's or Service King's because Magic touch is the way to go. The quality and workmanship is what counts and at a surprisingly low cost. Don't worry about the places looks see your results when done! I totally recommend Ed / Magic Touch collision repair. My teenage son just graduated HS so we had his car repaired as a gift. He's had a couple of minor incidents, door, bumper, grill , hood. We wanted to find a place that would repair what they could, and replace what we had to since it was out of our own pocket (liability only). After meeting Ed, we knew we went to the right place. Ed gave us a lot of options to work with from all OEM full insurance type of work to what might be repaired and some non OEM part choices. We didn't want to spend more than a teenager's car is worth and he gave us surprisingly good options. Now his car looks fantastic and we will probably still send him to college.
