My wife and I have come here several times and none of the sales associates seem to know anything about running shoes. There’s been a number of times they’ve given us wrong information about shoes including an associate saying the New Balance Fuel Cell trainers don’t have a carbon fiber plate which is categorically wrong, they do! An associate also pushed me into a wrong size shoe which doesn’t fit and hurts my foot when I run. I don’t know what I’m gonna do with these shoes now as they said I can’t return them after wearing them once.
Learn your product! We’ll be buying our shoes from Amazon or Fleet Feet (where we’ve had much better experiences) from now on.

I had a great overall experience at Luke's Locker in Fort Worth. Both Max and Andy were very knowledgeable when it came to picking the right shoe for me. Everyone there was super friendly and willing to help wherever possible. Max greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me try on as many shoes as I needed until I got the right fit!

Went with family and was able to work with a couple of the salesmen. Worked with Angel. Made the entire experience feel almost bespoke. He was patient and worked diligently to find a shoe that accommodates issues with my gait. Tried on a range of shoes between the On clouds, Hokas and Brooks and walked away happy and with confidence in my choice. I plan to come back and would recommend shopping here based on this experience.

Massive selection of athletic shoes with multiple locations. They came up with a couple of choices for a hard to fit foot. I think they are my new store now.

I came in this past weekend ready to purchase a specific pair of On Clouds. I asked a worker for my size in them and then another guy he was working with asked for the exact same shoe. The worker brought out two pairs, gave the one I had asked for to the other customer and a completely different color to me. He said I could order the color I preferred and receive them next week without as much as an apology. A complete slap in the face and terrible way to service your customers.
Don't waste your time here.

We absolutely love shopping at Luke’s Locker! The staff are extremely helpful in guiding us on the right kind of shoe for our specific need, or even finding an outfit. They have a huge selection, and you can always find a special deal on shoes, so be sure to check in often to catch their sales!

Luke's Locker is a prime example of how NOT to run a shoe store. From the moment you step inside, it's chaos and disorganization personified. It's like they've never heard of proper management or basic store layout.
Firstly, the aisles are cluttered with boxes and clothes, making it impossible to navigate without tripping over something. It's not just messy; it's a safety hazard waiting to happen, and things have happened. There are also a ton of fire hazards lurking around every corner, given the tangled mess of wires and exposed sockets I saw. The fire marshal had also visited the store and unapproved our stock room because of the fire hazards, yet they didn't bother to actually do something about it.
And don't even get me started on the break room—or should I say, the non-existent break room. Employees are expected to eat their lunch in cramped corners or out in the open, with no regard for their privacy or comfort. It's disgraceful.
Speaking of employees, it's clear that they're undervalued and underappreciated. I witnessed firsthand the lack of employee appreciation as managers barked orders at them without a hint of gratitude. It's no wonder the staff seem demoralized and disinterested in their work. There have been a couple of incidents witnessed where one of my coworkers was yelled at for opening a box of our shipment, causing them to cry. On top of that both the assistant store manager does not know how to communicate properly, so if an employee does not listen or does something wrong, they result in passive aggressive communication and sometimes even yelling, instead of pulling them aside and communicating what is going on. Not only are employees not treated with respect but, I have single handedly witnessed the store manager make fun of customers behind their back.
I will state that all of the employees and 1 manager, which I love and are AMAZING, are very kind and are aware of the issues that are presented and try to make your visit as comfy as possible and recommend the best shoes to run in. But, in summary, if you value your safety, sanity, and respect for employees, steer clear of Luke's Locker. It's a disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. This place is a joke.
