I have been a customer here since 2020. I came in for my WEEKLY purchase like I always do. Gave my phone number, ask for military discount and test the vape like I always do every purchase. The one I tested today ended up being faulty so I told Dylan the sale associate that is was faulty. He proceeded to get an attitude and yell out “ go grab another one” I was in shock but held my composure and said are you alright? He didn’t respond. I asked again and he said, “go” “leave” while using his hand to wave me away. I responded to his unprofessionalism and said you know I come here every week to purchase a vape and we never had this problem if I need to I will bring it up to a manager. Whom I order from weekly. He proceeded to say “go ahead and proceeded to tell me to leave as if it was my fault for a faulty vape. Dylan is very unprofessional and rude and should not treat any veteran/customer like this. I will not be returning to the store until he is reprimanded or terminated.

I am new to vaping and Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He replaced my broken tank getting me in and out quickly at a great price. I will definitely be back.

This was my favorite vape shop, Brent always delivered the best customer service and was the reason I’d go out if my way to purchase from them. Just went in and found out he’d been let go. Will be taking my business elsewhere now to attempt to find somewhere with even a sliver of the customer service Brent delivered.

I’ve been a long term customer since 2019; everything was just perfect.Richard was an amazing greeter, expert on new items, very useful for information, everything.Then came along Brent after Richard left; he was just as amazing as Richard, he even was promoting new product, even had to make sure I get my product, and even gave me permission to advertise it for free.Soon eventually as time went on, my product soon started to disappear and have been on back order for weeks. Brent did his absolute best to help me out and keep me returning to the establishment. He could tell himself that he loved his job.Soon afterwards; after learning that Brent had been let go, I was very disappointed, two of the best hosts were gone. First the product and then the hosts that the shop had was gone.I gave the store a second chance and now there are no more chances, I am sorry to say this but I am taking business elsewhere unless Brent comes back.

Lucky vapor has been my smoke for many years. I love the products and great pricing. Sadly found out an hour ago that my favorite vape salesman (brent) has been let go. This will be the last time I will ever go back. I wish brent the best. Also been trying to get my favorite flavor in silly bar, but it’sbeen out for many weeks now. I’m very disappointed in lucky vapor as a whole.
