Surprisingly not a big selection. Reputation says they are high quality but a bit pricey compared to the competition. Everybody pays their price for quality but sometimes its not necessary to over pay compared to Tecova and Black Jack boots. Rather have 2 or 3 pairs at those prices.

I was @lucchese Ft Worth Stockyards two weeks ago and the sales lady was going to order a card wallet I wanted. Gave her my name and number….never heard from her!Is this the way Lucchese does business? I’m shocked at the lax approach to sales at these stores. I’m ready to buy these items. Can someone help me??

A well known brand that still makes a very high quality product. Unfortunately some of the items offered are not made in the U.S. but appear to maintain the same quality standards. This store is run very well and every employee was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Known for their boots, they also offer specialty belts, cowboy hats, leather luggage, scarves, etc. More costly than some but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this store!

I read a travel blog for the Fort Worth Stockyards and visiting the Lucchese Bootmaker store in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards was on the MUST DO list. Stopped in this past week with my friends and definitely had a great experience. Bought a pair of Lucchese boots as souvenir since they are made in Texas-and because our salesman Justin was a true Texas cowboy.

This place is a joke. Their customer service is terrible and the boots are over priced for what they are. They aren't even comfortable. I ordered a pair of Celeste booties that were discontinued a few years ago through their custom site. I paid $1400 and waited 4 months for them to arrive. I wore them twice and the leather ripped. Lucchese had me send them in for inspection. I was told that they would need to be remade. This after emailing and calling them for 2 months. It has now been 8 months and my boots still haven't been made. I have to reach out to them every couple months to see what is going on because the promise to be made by dates keep changing and they don't update me. I have now had to request a refund since it's going on my third "they'll be ready to ship by the end of March" lie.

Our saleswoman Kolby was amazing. I came into the shop today to purchase a hat, and because they were out of my size, she directed me to two different stores that had quality hats. I did find the hat I wanted. Not only that, Kolby found me some high quality boots for my wife and myself, and a gator belt. Service was kind, efficient, and generous. I will be coming back for those ostrich ones!!! Thank y'all so much!!

We live in DFW, but chose to spend a holiday weekend at the nearby Dover Hotel, and what a delightful thing to have Lucchese connected to the hotel--they have a specialty shop there, and a well-stocked standalone shop in the new little shopping strip. I bought a gorgeous pair of black and white boots, and the salesman was just perfect--not pushy, polite, conversational and made me enjoy trying on boots.

Lucchese Bootmaker is a high-end retailer of fine Western style boots, clothes, leather goods and accessories located on East Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards of Fort Worth.Known for their top quality boots, they also offer western apparel, dress shoes, loafers, bags, belts, wallets, leather care and everything cowboy. We went in on Sunday to purchase a pair of boots for my husband and we worked with the assistant manager - Charlotte Olhausen. Although they didn’t have the color and size combination of the boot that my husband wanted, she was very accommodating to size him by using a different colored version of the same boot, then special ordered the actual size and color he wanted. She was also gracious to have them shipped two day air to our home so we didn’t have to make another trip out there to pick them up. First class service and quality boots! If you’re looking for anything, ask for Charlotte - she has our highest recommendation!

Was astounded by the collection and quality of boots Lucchese had in stock. Was able to try on quite a bit of different styles of boots and ended up getting the Randall Ostrich boots. They were running a special that if you bought boots in store, then you would get a free belt with purchase ($500 worth). They did not have the particular boots in stock, but the associate was able to order them from another store and sent to my house within days. The boots are 100% hand made in Texas and i would strongly urge you to check Lucchese out of you are in the market for new boots.

Not that this needs to be said with a brand such as Lucchese, but this is an absolutely stunning store. The staff were super helpful but not pushy. The products are, of course, top notch! So many great things to see here. Worth a visit!

The best place to buy boots in Texas! I came to Texas to visit my family this weekend and I LOVED IT, I walked in and immediately got overwhelmed with all the styles of boots but Aaliyah came right up and helped! I ended up getting a brown Priscilla and I’m so happy with my new boots and the customer service I got while in the store from not only Aaliyah but everyone else. Definitely coming back the next time I’m in Texas!
