Thank you for the employee that dropped doing work to help me get my mulch and potting soil loaded onto my cart and into my car. I just had surgery a week ago and unable to lift. Employee was not judgmental because I came to get heavy items just pitched into help. Thank you for going over and beyond.

Impossible to find assistance from store associates. Even after asking for help from 3 associates who just stood and pointed on where to try and find something even after explaining I already looked there. The call box timing out 3 times and lack of customer service is unacceptable. As a former store manager for Lowe’s, I’m saddened to see such a decline in what used to be a customer first company.

I was trying to get started with flex tools as always been told this the best tool in the market money can buy. Found one on deal and management refuse to honor the wrong pricing tag which was put in and nicely showed me the exit door.

Your company's return policy and store credit is a joke. My wife the return. I was refused a purchase of a floodlight because my id didnt match left the card and the light. Let HD because Lowes has better seletion of products. Done with big box stores. SHOP SMALL AND LOCAL
