I came here because, I earned enough points on my Fetch account. I chose a Lowe's gift card. Lowe's had something I needed for a pretty good price. I will share my experience with you. It was late in the evening, nearing 8pm. I checked the hours before going. Thank God they are open til 10 pm. I walked in and had the place to myself. Their Halloween Decor is out already. It's super cute and it's not the same as last year. I saw a few employees just hanging around but, no one ever asked me if I needed help w anything? I purchased two bags of white Marble Rocks. They were like $6.38 a bag. Since, I had a 10.00 ecard from Fetch. It was almost $4.00, not bad for two bags of rocks! I used the bags of rocks to creat a small Rock Garden outside my door. Went to the Restroom and they are gorgeous! So gorgeous I took a pic! There's was nothing on the floor, lots of stalls and no messes by the sink. Well, this sums up my experience. Thanks Lowe's for the great experience. I had the store to myself, inventory was good and Restrooms were clean!

We went in to buy a fountain for our back yard. We found the one we liked on display but couldn't find it in the box. We went inside to find someone to ask and an employee approached us and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he followed us back outside. He said he would go look for it inside. 15 minutes later, we were till sweating outside sitting on him. We went back inside and found a female employee. She called him on their handhelds and he said he hadn't been able to find it. So he couldn't find it, but couldn't walk back outside to tell us. Just left us standing out there. She walked outside with us, scanned the SKU code and said it looked like they had 2 of them. But she also couldn't find any other than the display. We asked if we could buy the display but she said no. She told me that the Lake Worth store had 2 and that I should write down the name of the fountain and call them to see if they had them. Didn't offer to call them for me. Didn't ask if I had anything to write on ( I didn't). Just said that was her advice. At this point we've been outside in the heat for 30 minutes. We asked to speak with a manager. For the life of me, I can't remember his name, but he was bald and was wearing a veterans camp Lowe's vest. We asked if we could buy the display and he immediately said yes, got a ladder, got the fountain off the high shelf, took it inside and plugged it in. Then took it to the cashier for us AND gave us a huge discount for all the problems we had. He was so polite and nice. Totally made up for the other two employees! Thank you for making it right!!!!

I have been shopping at Lowe's and this one in particular for years. And I am done. Years and years of constant disappointment. Not only for this store location but for the bigger company overall. I am so sick of the lower and lower expectations and terrible work from window installs to simple purchases like ceiling lights and fans that are broke within a year of purchase. Lawn items and plants that are trash. Everything in the store is trash and sold as high end. Brand new Lawn mowers that are broke out the box and you return it, are given a brand new replacement, BROKE OUT THE BOX AGAIN. And then told you can't get your money back because it's been over 30 days since purchase. HolyF*** $400+ gone. It is always a disaster and YOU the customer will always pay for broken out of the box items. You won't be able to return it. You won't be able to get a refund. You literally will pay more then you will ever get in return. And you will be told a lying story and a different one EVERY TIME a shift changes or they don't want to be deal with you or be held accountable whatsoever for their deceit!. An excuse you the customer will never be able to recoup lost time and money on. And LOWES will never admit they did anything wrong and they will deny any compensation or correction for THEIR ERRORS. Every time! You pay GOOD money ...TOO much money in return for what you are told is a brand new working item. And it's broke. Out the box or installed incorrectly. I am DONE. I will never give LOWES or HOME DEPOT another cent of my money. I will give any other company my money and more of my money this this blatantly taking advantage of customers without a care for quality every time. I hope their companies crumble in a distant memory. Boycott the hell out of these 2 monopolies. Disgusting

This place sold me a ride on mower. They never put it together right . It feel apart on my son. Just moving it for me. I called 10. Times been informed. Some one would call me back. No body has yet . Sad. I pay and can't use it. . this. Place is unprofessional. I asked for a refund I can't even get a refund. They won't even take the machine back. I paid for an extended warranty for service. Trying to get my extended warranty back as well. Was informed that I cannot get it back. But if they can't even come put it together because they put it together too fast then what good is the warranty if they can't even come fix it or even put it together .

We are seniors and it can be difficult finding what we need. We were in the garden section and Grant came up to us and asked if we needed help. We said yes please, he got a cart and loaded it up with the mulch we wanted. All the while talking with such a great attitude. He carried the cart to the register and then to the car and loaded it. He really made our visit special. Just a very nice young man.

Do not buy cabinets here! Purchased over $30,000 in cabinets in March of 2022. When the order came in about 16 weeks later, there were several cabinets that needed to be returned and replaced for various reasons. The main reason being the inexperienced cabinet designer, who not surprisingly doesn't work there anymore. When the new order was placed I was overcharged by over $2500 and when I showed them their mistake they would only credit me back a portion of their mistakes not all. Was basically told take it or leave it. Not to mention it took me over 3 months for them to even give me any credit at all. Will never trust this store for a large purchase of any kind based on their lack of accountability and customer service.

Went to Lowe's garden center on 183 in White Settlement today, May 8, looking for live ladybugs for my garden. I went to the cashier, Alondra, and asked if they had them. She snickered and laughed and looked amused and mumbled something. I asked her again if they carried them and she mumbled that she didn't know. I asked if she could check. She looked at me like she had no idea what they were. She snickered again and made a call, asked the person on the other end in a half laugh if they had them, made a snarky remark, laughed again and then hung up. She said that was the manager who is over the garden center and he said they didn't have them, with a smirk on her face. I told her you can buy them but was glad she found my request humorous. I get that Lowe's has a hard time finding decent employees, but at least if they're ignorant they should be trained to be friendly and not rude. When I got in the car I called Calloway's Nursery and the friendly guy who answered the phone immediately said they had ladybugs and I drove straight there and bought them. Plus they had a ladybug house which I also bought. It's not the first time I've encountered rude employees at this Lowe's. They really need to train them better or they will lose my business.

I was so frustrated I just left. Visit Lowe's because I knew how good the customer service would be, judging from the one in Arlington. I was looking for a small battery I asked 3 associates two was standing around talking about gambling, and told me I need to read and look for that size on the package. On told me it was on 6. After searching whole store because it wasn't on 6 for roughly 20mins passing several associates none asking may I help you find something? I just left.
