Longhorn Cheers has very good prices, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and organized. You are able to quickly find what you want. The only problem is that Longhorn Cheers allows very pushy vendors to offer samples. At times, it feels like I have to walk a gauntlet just to get what I came there for. We all know about vendors in stores. We know we can get samples when a vendor is there. If someone wants to take said sample and hear their sales pitch, then they would ask for a sample. For the love of GOD, leave the customers alone and just let them shop.

Update 5/9/24: called the owner of the store to report his aggressive employees behavior and left a message. They never called back. These people do not care about you or your safety, they just care about your money.
I have never been cussed out at a business by an employee for trying to use the restroom until I came to this place. The old guy with a white goatee literally slammed a door in my face and was at the point of trying to start a physical altercation. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Not a bad place overall. The inside is a bit smaller than the exterior leads a person to anticipate. They have a large selection, some prices are within reason, some on the allotted offerings are 300% more than MSRP. Ouch. Tho being in that area, people will pay it as this is for locals and not folks that travel. Staff is super friendly. Very vocal and talkative. Very helpful. I go in for the whiskey, as they have certain brands that are right at MSRP. Tho others like Buffalo Trace, which is sought after but not allocated, they are $10 more than MSRP, and $6 more than Liqour Depot sales it for. MSRP is $24.99, and that can be had at Costco when it's in stock. It's a lake town liquor store, so whiskeys aren't the biggest offering here, wines and beers seem to be the bigger ticket items. Either way, it's worth a visit.

Walked in to get some wine met by some miserable lady working there. All of her interesting was terrible from the door to checkout. I felt like I was bothering her, so I asked if she was having a bad day and her response was nope just doing my job!! And she said she was the manager. I'm not from here and will never go back. Unless you like misery do not go here

I go here for all of my adult beverage needs because it is close to my house. If you live near it I highly suggest it. If you live 30 minutes away I'm sure there are closer options for you. Not too much to say about. They always have what I want. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Exceptional service! The staff, particularly the white gentleman, spent nearly 20 minutes patiently guiding me through their wonderful selection of wines. His knowledge was impressive, and he effortlessly helped me choose perfect gifts for Christmas while staying within my budget.
