Lonestar cool second car with them after accident kept gap and balance was paid off got a new car. Economy is terrible and I’m a college student and they always help me with my payments. Long as you keep your word they will help you. Most dealerships won’t help you but they will just communicate. Been able to keep a car to get to school and work because of them so shoutout to them. I have had a very rude awakening when it comes to this company I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and Vicki has recently stepped up as manager and when that happened customer service went down significantly she is arrorgant and takes things very personally she will LITERALLY ATTACK YOU she definitely has ultimate control in this facility and what she says goes it really was a respectable place before her control but now I feel like I owe the cartel BE CAREFUL ?
