THEY ARE SCAMMERS. AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE VEHICLE AND TAKE IT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT THE CARS DISAPPEAR, THEY TAKE THEM THEMSELVES AND SAY THEY HAVE LING OR DEBTS WHICH WERE RECOVERED BY FORMER FINANCERS. YOU GO TO THE AUCTION AND NO ONE GIVES AN ANSWER, THAT IS TO say, THEY STEAL FROM YOUR FRONT THEY ARE THIEVES

They post misleading pictures, so it’s best to go in person if you can.Cars are hit or miss. Think twice before doing business with them. They state they can only help you for 30 days only to register your car but they don’t send you paperwork and blame the impounds for the delays. It’s just childish. You’re better off going to other auction websites. They make it impossible to do actual business.

However All American Towing sold vehicle thru LSA THAT I LOST COURT CASE TODAY FOR 20k.
Every time I called same position with no help at all. Called at ALL AMERICAN SAME RESPONSE WE DID OUR DUE DILIGENCE NO HELP.
STILL SOME ONE HAS TAKEN MONEY AND NOT PRODUCED PAPERWORK TO GET TITLE AND I HAVE NO CAR AND OUT $20k.
CALLED MIKE ALL AMERICAN IMPOUND WE DID OUR DUE DILIGENCE. ASKED FOR THE MONEY AND RESPONDED BY SAYING WE DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE BACK. FT WORTH AUTO THEFT MADE BE BRING CAR BACK BEFORE THE HEARING TODAY. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS TITLE PROCEDURE NO ONE IS SAFE. ONCE MONEY PAID
OH NO WE DID OUR JOB.!!!!!
THEY THINK THIS IS OVER BUT NEXT WEEK COMES VISITS TO ATTORNEYS AMD I WILL HAVE MY DAY IN COURT.

This is the worst auction site ever!!!!. I went out of town for a funeral and missed my payment date, told them I will pay when I return but they banned me. I got my relative to put it in his name, I went to go pick up merchandise and told my cousin, he's banned too from me getting banned. What a joke.

They are SCAMMERS. They sell vehicles and after you pay them they disappear because they have debts with the banks and they are not responsible. BE CAREFUL DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP

Purchased and paid for items from Estate online Auction On December 29th. On February 14, after not receiving my items, I have asked for a refund. Says shipment lady had covid but gave plenty of time and was patient but 6 1/2 weeks is unacceptable with very little communication. Would not buy from this company if need it shipped.
