This tow company is running a scam towing people I was parked in front of pick and pull in ft worth I was there for 10 minutes in their parking lot said I was parked in a fire lane which you can’t even see where it’s marked. While I was there waiting on an Uber for 5 minutes there was 2 more lonestar tow trucks riding around cost me $322 for a 10 mile tow plus I had to pay $25 for an Uber I suggest don’t use this company

Honest review... it was 2am and got a very kind/understanding man to tow the car for me. Quick and easy, no damages.

The employees are very rude. My car tire was shredded the next day and I had to get it replaced. They have yet to return my calls regarding reimbursement for the damage they caused my tire.My car was also wrongfully towed. They admitted that in person, but of course are blatantly ignoring my request for reimbursement.Update: 1 year later. still nothing.Service: Car towing

0 stars. Do not deal with these crooks even if your life depends on it. These geniuses driving a white International wrecker with TX License Plate # T39 77L attempted to tow my vehicle that had been parked for less than 60 seconds, inflicting damage to my front bumper and underside of my vehicle. Upon lowering the vehicle (after charging a drop fee of $135), the driver proceeds to intentionally block the exit preventing my partner from arriving to work on time. I was on the cell phone with my partner when this occurred and was able to clearly hear him verbally assaulting her as she was attempting to provide him with their company "pirate tax" $135.These guys have spotters in regular vehicles calling the tow truck drivers the instant a vehicle is parked. The sign said parking for residents and patrons only, we are a customer of the establishment the vehicle was towed from. They are getting these vehicles on the wrecker as quickly and carelessly as possible so you fall victim to their trap and come begging them to drop it. it's all orchestrated.Short version: Tried to tow vehicle for no reason and charged a planned "drop fee" verbally abusive to women, threatened further action after fee was paid, involuntary kidnapping. And according to other reviews, they steal cars too! What a cluster ____.STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.

Had them tow my car to the ft. Worth Honda dealership and told him to take it to Edward at Honda of ft. Worth. He dropped it off left the keys in my car and left. 2 days later I called the dealership and they said they didn’t know anything about my car.Well they did find it.Till today I haven’t received a confirmation from them so I can send it to my insurance company

I called yesterday in need of a tow and the man was extremely rude on the phone to the point where he started raising his voice and getting aggressive when I started to ask clarifying questions. To the point where I eventually got hung up on after asking if there was anything that he could do, I never leave reviews but by far this was the worst service I've ever gotten. We eventually got help from Purrfect towing I highly suggest them instead.

My grandpa got t-boned by some kid and his car was totaled. Lone star came and got it. The guy was nice who picked it up. When he called to have the car released to insurance, the lady who answered kept cutting him off and getting nasty with an 83 year old. She was on speaker. I would call a different company if you have the choice.

This company towed my coworker's vehicle for no reason. There is a sign on the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy at Rosedale and 8th St in Fort Worth that says non-patrons will be towed. However, my coworker has the receipt to prove he was a patron. While waiting for an UBER, my coworker watched another patron's vehicle be towed right after that person walked into CVS. Unbelievable.
