Wayne was great getting us our trailer, hooking it up and managing our paperwork.We ended up returning the trailer earlier than expected, and they refunded our extra credit easily as well! Great folks to work with and an affordable trailer. Thx!

Great place to rent from and very helpful and friendly owner. -1star for your terrible parking lot and the crater i got stuck in trying to return the trailer. Fix that!

They did the same thing to me but they eerent open during the hours they said to be . i paid my bill thru a nite drop slot in a money order . went back the next morning got what i needed from storage and then when i returned at 11am they had a lock on my unit wanting another payment saying they never received it the night before. We went round and round til i got fed up and told them they could have the damn unit. Now it is 4 years later and they have email me 2x and this would be my first certified letter today i have received in 4 years since the incident and they are wanting me to come claim the unit and pay the bill. Thats nuts no one ever holds a unit for 4 years. If they could show proof they have my unit i would maybe negotiate . only due to the fact time has passed and im not so infuriated with the ploy they use to scam there customers for money. I would guarantee this just another way to get more money from someone and my unit would have been sold 4 years ago like most normal storages. They are snakes in the grass stay away from this facility !!!
