I recently experienced great customer service. I placed an order online to pick up at the store. Part of my order was canceled because it was not in stock at the store. The sales associate kindly reordered my canceled item and had it shipped to me for free.I'm also a fan of the clothes. I rarely run into sizing issues, great quality and easy to care for.

Had a fabulous time shopping at this location with Alicia, Ciara and Karen! This store is immaculate and their customer service is always on point. I shop here primarily for basic pieces and am never disappointed. GREAT STAFF!

Had an amazing experience with the team! Took my mom there today and we were greated with a smile they were very attractive to my mom.they heard my mom and I speaking so they started a attending us in spanish.There customer service, thank you so much for the wonderful experience.!

The clearance section was a little hard to navigate and find my size, and the petite selection was pretty slim, but that's nothing on them. The ladies were nice and helpful with my return.

I was shopping with my daughter. I stepped out of the fitting room to show my daughter some pants I was trying on. She needed my assistance with her purchase. When that was finished, I headed back to the fitting room. I noticed an associate with jeans I’d tried in her hands returning them to racks. As I approached the fitting room, I saw that she had taken my personal shorts that o wore into the store, simply flung them over the return clothing rack-not folded, not hanging - and left them there. She had also hung a third pair of pants that I’d tried on the same rack. She never inquired who the shorts belonged to. I expected that an associate would notice worn, non-Loft merchandise meant the fitting room was in use.I COULD ALMOST UNDERSTAND, if they were closing, but it was at least 15 before closing because we left 10 minutes prior to closing.IT WAS RUDE, COVID IS STILL A CONCERN, YET SHE MOVED MY SHORTS. UNBELIEVABLE!! Someone call me apologize, explain and make amends! I’m highly annoyed!

Went in just before closing, Maria and Ryan helped me and they were just lovely! Helped me with so much and gave me well needed opinions! I even opened a credit card with them and I just loved talking with them!

I experienced this a few months ago, as well, but decided to give the store another chance. How is it that a customer enters a retail store and not one employee acknowledges them coming in? How is it that a customer can walk the entire store, past multiple employees, some of whom are talking with each other about their dates this weekend., and not one word to the customer? Not one greeting, not one offer to help. No interaction at all. How can you sell clothes if you don’t acknowledge the customer? By the way, not a good bye either when I left. Lost a customer today for good. Look at the other reviews… a pattern is emerging for this location…
