My insurance referred me here to order my CPAP. I spoke with Toyia, who was exceptionally helpful. She had a great attitude and provided me with excellent customer service. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I will always go to Lincare Richland Hills moving forward. 10/10 recommend!

I received my CPAP machine from Lincare. When I went to pick it up -Martha was the person that tutored me on how to use it and the importance of continous use. She was very patient and took the time to answer any questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable with the mask sizing. She has followed up with me and explained a few issues I was having and since that follow up I have been more comfortable and am using it every night. She also let me know that I can reach out to her with any other questions or concerns. She has made this new adventure extremely pleasant.

I called Lincare in Richland Hills, Toyia helped my parents with their pap supplies through the CPAP warehouse and I was able receive professional assistance from beginning to end and appreciated her going over and beyond.

I only gave you 3 's because NO EVER ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE, I've called and want to order supplies and I've given up after an hour, or 55 minutes or 38 minutes- and I almost hung up again this time, but y'all did answer after 23 minutes- seriously y'all need to find someone to answer the phone besides the answering recording. I would like to scratch that recording up - you get tired of calling and calling. I understand y'all are busy, but damn, it don't matter what day,or what time of day. Come on.

Absolute rip off. They change your bill every month to some new higher number and when I call they hang up on me. Horrible Horrible place

I called to see about getting another machine for my mother because her machine is very loud and keeps getting louder and louder but they refused to replace it. Terrible place the lincare we came from in kansas was wonderful but Texas gives them a bad wrap!!!!! You would think they would at least send someone out to check out the machine to see what the noise was all about this machine I think is on it's last leg, can't be working right. It's so loud with it in the bedroom you can't here tv in the huge living room. It really awful! They don't care about their patients it all about money! So sad! You would think they would worry that something is wrong and they might be sued! I know i would. From now on i will get the name of each person I talk to and be sure to keep records!

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to talk to a person for over an hour. I was on hold for 45 minutes and disconnected. I called back and 20 minutes later someone picked the call up them put me back on hold and then picked up and I said hello and it hung up on me. They were supposed to call me back a week AGO to verify my insurance.

This location is closed but they didn't bother changing the phone number so I made a trip there for nothing. Really need better communications on store locations for your customers

Today is January 7th 2023 time 7:08 p.m. I have been calling this company all evening no answer I was thinking it was just me after reading these reviews something is going on with this company they never been like this in the past with a customer service I have new doctor orders for oxygen supplies now I'm looking a whole nother company my machine is beeping we cannot get it to stop beeping thank God I have portable tanks that I can use after the night they are quick to call you if you need any supplies but when it is they machines there is a problem can't afford to take the chance anymore!thachancanymore

Well...not this particular location, but in in full agreement with another location in Quitman. Pitiful front office. Horrible experience, rude receptionist and overall dirty, cluttered looking place and does NOT allow patients to use their restroom. you must LEAVE the location and find another restroom!!. Time to find another provider!

Placed an order at 5:30 am after being up for hours with a faulty hose sounding like a freight train. Staff member was very sweet and helpful. She took the time to update all my demographics and every tried to expedite my order, so I could try to get some sleep soon.Edit:They sent the wrong supplies and set up the return incorrectly. The refuse to send the correct items until I send back the incorrect items. When I called to ask where the label was they told me they scheduled a pick up.A supervisor got everything settled.

Just for starters getting someone to answer the phone you definitely have to have patience, something God didn't bless me with, but being lack of oxygen, we'll you learn patience. When you do call, you really need to have a day that you have nothing else planned but to be kept on hold on hung up on, getting multiple different people giving you totally different answers about when you will receive your tanks and cannulas being promised everyday that I will get my oxygen that day I still have not gotten my oxygen. I don't understand why they have a difficult time in answering their phones and when we have gotten somebody we've been accidentally hung up on wink wink then again that's another 15-20 minutes once today it was 30 minutes on hold

Worst 0xygen company they will not work with you and bring oxygen if emergency even if they are 5 min away that day terrible customer care they only give out one tank per patient good luck getting through 2 doctors Appts on 2 liters it will be empty
