I have been using Liberty for 10+ years. This was by far the worse experience by far. They were oblivious to solar tax credit. Didn't know any answers to my questions. Never answered the phone or respond to voice mails. Told me the April 15th tax day was for everyone and not just people who owed money. Tried telling me I was going to be penalized for filing late. After 3 weeks and I don't know how many trips to the office I walked out. Like I said I've filed there for over 10 years. I file the same way every year. Every year my refund is approximately $2500.00. This year it was going to be $860.00. When I asked why I got the same response I received for several of my questions, "I don't know" I will never go there again and not only will I not recommend them to anyone I will try hard to talk anyone else out of going there.

Melody did a great job. I appreciate how diligent she was in notifying me with information she needed to get it done. She is like a family member to me now. She absolutely works hard to get me the most she could on my return.

How do you set an appointment online and the place isn’t open yet ?. Place is a joke and a waste of time and resources. Then they’ll hold your info for more than two weeks and nothing has been filed at all.

Kellye was very polite and efficient! She went out of her way to help us figure out how to get our property tax out of our app! My kids came back from the store needing 5 dollars more for a snack and she was so kind and gave it to them. Definitely recommend this lady!!

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible service! Went to file my taxes on a Sunday, they said everything was fine. I never heard about the advance, come to find out THEY NEVER SENT IT! Called and got the "manager" Kelly, who refused to tell me her last name, answered with a horrible attitude! Then HUNG UP ON ME!!! This place is trash. They don't know what they're doing!
