So I opened a second account at this branch.The idea was to have one account backed by the main account....One month 450 dollars overdraft fees...Off of like 125 dollars purchased...The main account was supposed to be linked to has way more than enough to cover it....Never had one chargeOr issue the whole time had an account..1 month with an account here at this branch cost me ton of money...Will be taking my business elsewhere..

Rates are too high. No reason to offer someone with a 800 credit score the same rates as someone with a 680 credit score. I'm which case there is no reason to care about the credit system . I worked too hard to get a good credit score to receive the same credit score as someone with a fair credit score. Thanks, but no thanks. "Fair credit lending"??? How is this fair? That's UNFAIR.

This bank was good when it was Texas legacy now that it merged my acct was hacked and I'm having to pay for a new debit card for some reason they can't print in office setting all my bills back. All around customer service has gone down hill

Management is very disrespectful! Every time I need assistance I have to go to another location because this location does not help nor understand their own job qualifications! I finally left this bank after 4 yrs and found another bank which was the best thing I could of done! There is a REASON why this bank has low rating! Wouldn’t recommend this bank especially this location!

I loved this bank when it was Legacy. I had zero issues when Cassie was here. Since Prosperity has taken over unfortunately it’s been nothing but issues. The latest of which was very suspicious fraud on one account, resulting in us closing that single account, leaving another open. It was a process since charges were still pending, so we went in one day to initiate the process and handed over both cards at that time for them to be destroyed (was done in our presence). When my husband went in to finalize everything another day the bank manager, Shelli, “mistakenly” for no good reason also turned off my card to my separate (still very much open) account without saying a word to anyone about it (and left my husband’s card on to the same account, makes complete sense). She doubled down on her mistake by lying to the CSR I was on the phone with and telling him she would turn the card back on for me. Only on my second call that day was I informed of the option to pick up an emergency ATM card to hold me over until my new card arrives and I can spend a day setting up all my auto drafts again because of Shelli’s mistake that she didn’t even want to get on the phone and apologize to me for until I called back. Customer service is nonexistent at this branch under Shelli’s management.

Applying for a home loan is ridiculous they have no idea on what are they doing Gabe Reyes never answer his phone, no call backs no idea how to properly process documents and make you pay tons of money to irs. Go somewhere else you will lose money.

Un organized bank , I got my vehicle loan there and bank account there as well spoke to Cassy a banker to get my vehicle traded in got approved for the loan and she told me I could give the dealership a deposit to hold the car so I did being I was already approved and the day I was going to trade my vehicle in and sign papers she said I was declined and did not get my $500 back from deposit.

CASH deposits using ATM after 6 pm causes your funds to be on hold for up to 2 business days?? Plus the ATM doesn't display any information regarding a hold on your funds. I found that bank policy plain stupid. They don't service their own ATM's?? Further more, it took me 4 calls to customer service, and branch to figure out the true holding time. Legacy Texas must own this to be competitive.
