I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. My interaction was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from enduring similar treatment.The individual representing your company displayed reprehensible behavior characterized by disrespect, disgrace, and utter disgust. As a business owner myself, I am astounded by the lack of professionalism and basic decency exhibited. I would never dream of treating my customers in such a deplorable manner.Not only was the quality of work provided below subpar, but the level of customer service was abysmal. It is clear that customer satisfaction and basic courtesy are not priorities for your organization. Rest assured, I will never utilize your services again, and I will actively dissuade others from doing so.In conclusion, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I implore you to address the glaring issues within your company before more customers are subjected to such unacceptable treatment.

TERRIBLE customer service! The guy name “Sayed” is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. Not only did he ruin my daughters Birthday dress but he continued arguing with me when I opted to speak with Blanca instead of him to try to salvage it. He was rude from the very first initial interaction & continued this condescending behavior. I will never do business with this establishment again! If I could give zero stars I would.Edit: For this man to say I wanted a “free alteration” is insane! I have used this establishment numerous of time and only dealt with Blanca who actually knew what she was doing and have ALWAYS paid full price. I never not once mentioned a price so for him to say that is unbelievable when he refused to take responsibility for his mess up. I paid $40 to fix the dress and had no problem doing so. For him to also insult a child’s birthday dress speaks volumes as well. You can clearly see from his condescending responses to the individuals that have had horrible experiences with him that he is a terrible individual. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. So many other reputable services nearby that won’t damage your items, lie on you and to you and then insult you.

Very impressed with Sayed and the customer service he provided. I came on a busy day, but he was very kind and patient with everyone and got all of us taken care of in a timely manner. The three dresses that I had altered came out perfectly. Highly recommend this place for your alteration and hemming needs.

Went in not sure if I needed alterations. I’m sure they could’ve talked me into alterations I didn’t need but they were helpful in putting my dress on correctly and showing it fit just fine. Great customer service!

I was told over the phone it would take about a week to get my dress returned to me after alterations. Which I already thought was a great turn around time, so I happily made the hour long trip. Once I arrived they told me since I had such a drive they could get it done for me in an hour if I had the time, and they did just that! Wonderful customer service! They did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price as well. I will be a returning customer and have already recommended them to the rest of my bridal party!

I don't want to be ugly here, but I think it's only right to share. I had dropped off three shirts and two pairs of jeans to be cleaned and pressed. I just bought the dresshirts and hadn't even worn them yet. They did a good job on my clothes, but they lost one of the shirts. It got mixed up with someone else's order and they've made attempts to contact the other individual, but that doesn't mean I'll get my shirt back. More than this, what bothers me the most is the associates that sit behind that divider and listen to the conversations of the customers trying to resolve issues and just laugh and peek to watch the show. It's rude and patronizing and I will never expect services from this facility again. And that really sucks. I just wish people would take better responsibility when you are in charge of someone else's belongings, and you have no idea what value those items hold to the person. It's just not right.

We came here to get my husband’s suit altered for a wedding. The lady (didn’t catch her name) was very nice when we came in. I called ahead to see but they do walk ins if you need to be fitted and need anything tailored. We got a jacket taken in (tapered) and pants hemmed. She was amazing and the work was done a week later. Fast turn around time and great customer service. Prices were also very good compared to what google suggested for the work done.While I was waiting in the front for my husband to be fitted I witnessed a lady coming in with a tear in her wedding dress top (I assume a two piece) and the lady took it back and stitched it up in just a matter of seconds! She didn’t even charge her.I will be back if we ever need anything else. Highly recommend.Services: Pants alterations

Myself and my daughters experience with this establishment was very poor at best. My daughter took her wedding dress in almost two months ago to have some minor alterations done on her very simple wedding dress. A plain, simple but stunning satin gown that had no lace, no beading or pearls, NOTHING on the dress, she needed it hemmed, a bustle done then cleaned and pressed so there would be no wrinkles on the dress. The owner himself did the measurements and assured her the dress would be ready in plenty of time, cleaned pressed and wrinkle free. I then took my dress in last week for again, simple alterations ( hemmed, take up the shoulders about 2 inches, add a snap to the top where it crisscrossed AND have it clean and pressed also) I dealt with the owner too and I was assured it would be ready on Monday the 23rd. Yesterday my daughter went to pick up both our dressed and they were both just as wrinkled as when they were left with the shop. There was no snap put on my dress, rather they had sown the material together. At one point prior to picking up her wedding dress the shop had lost it, they couldn't find it!! Then yesterday when she went to pick up the dresses and she noticed that they hadn't been cleaned and pressed and she asked about it she was told there had been no instructions written on the tickets about cleaning and pressing the dresses. If she wanted it done they told her it would be an additional $125.00 for her wedding dress and $25.00 for mine but they couldn't guarantee they would be ready by Thursday, HER WEDDING IS SATURDAY!!!! To say the least my daughter left the establishment in tears. She was given a $50 credit of the $80 she still owed and was told she could stream the dresses at home but to do it early enough so the dresses had enough time to dry. If I could give this establishment a -10 stars I would based on our experience. I hope another bride and her mother never have to experience what my daughter had to go thru. Will NEVER bring our business there again. Downright BIG dissatisfaction.

I had gone to lees as a bridesmaid and they did an amazing job on the bride and all of us so I decided to go back for my wedding dress. Marisol made my dream wedding dress fit absolutely perfect- she made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and did every single thing! My dress has pearls and beads in the corset and she had to take many inches off but still took the time to make sure all the beading was straight and fit me perfect! I am beyond happy with my dress!

I came here because this place was highly recommended on the nextdoor app and has really good reviews. When I dropped off my dress I was told my dress would be ready on Tuesday after 4pm. I take a later lunch break to get my dress in time, as I leave tomorrow out of state and the store knows this. So as I am in route, and call to make sure it's ready to be told it's not and when I reminded the gentleman he told me after 4pm, he tells, me that after 4pm could mean after 5pm or even after 6pm, that it doesn't mean it will be ready after 4. This makes NO SENSE TO ME! I work until 8pm and had I been told after 5pm or after 6pm, I would have went by the time I was told. This is so frustrating! This was my first ever experience having anything altered and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Don't get me wrong, everyone was really nice, but you can't tell a customer one thing and mean something totally different. Very unprofessional and customer time means nothing to them!Service: Wedding gown alterations

Absolutely recommend this company! I came here because another place did not make the right alterations to my wedding dress. I called spoke with owner, he was very professional and kind. Two days before my wedding and he said he could have it ready for me. He even stayed after hours for me to bring my dress. He noticed things that the last alteration people did not even mention. Dress fit Absolutely perfect! Price was even better. This is were I will be bringing any clothing for alterations from now on. I will totally recommend this business to anyone who is wanting it done correctly, in a timely manner and kind customer service. And great prices!

This place does exceptional work! The alterations side of the house is phenomenal. Great prices and work done right the very first time. If you’re in the area. This is the alteration shop to come to. Not to mention the staff is so friendly and knows exactly what you’re looking for without a lot of instruction. Definitely a great find in the Lake Worth area!

They did an amazing job on my wedding dress in a very reasonable amount of time. They have me detailed instructions on how to bustle the dress. Nicest people to work with. Reasonable prices.
